It's plastic cardboard. It's waterproof, it's much stronger than cardboard, and it's easy to work with. We use it for our Fish & Game Club shooting ranges, as an easily replaced surface to attach targets. We often use smaller pieces to post temporary signs, or range markers. It holds up well, and can be handled easily by one person; if the wind velocity isn't too high. A 4' by 8' sheet can be unmanageable in strong winds. Lath Screws will hold it well, but large pieces will require a full frame for support. The sheets are very flexible. It's an inexpensive sheet material, when compared to Homasote, particle board, or plywood. It's also lighter, takes up less space in storage, and doesn't absorb moisture. It's perfect for many applications

These sheets worked fine for a kitty litter box screen I created. I attached some wall stickers, and voila...great solution for hiding a necessary item in a small home. I used the pattern from the book, Catify to Satisfy, page 101. You can also find this pattern from this book if you google it.

Easy to cut and glue: I made a frame for casting a resin table. This material is lightweight and cuts on a bandsaw, tablesaw, with good scissors or just a box-cutter. I used it to build a 3 inch-deep custom form for casting epoxy-resin around a walnut slab to make it into a beautiful table. The ridges in the wall of this coroplast are a necessary evil, created by the corrugated pattern. My simple solution was to line the form with 6mil plastic sheet (available at HD in the paint area). While this coroplast does release from resin, the 6mil poly sheet releases a lot easier, so that's a win-win.

Bought on-line was hoping the sheets were a little stiffer but they will work for my Christmas project just fine. Purchased 10 sheets and the product carton had hole towards bottom and all sheets were slightly damaged. I decided not to return as because of hassle and I was able to cut around the defect but if you buy be sure and inspect thoroughly.

I mainly use for guinea pig cages, and growing indoor grass bed cages, but use the scraps I cut off for lots of other uses around the house and kitchen (I plan some scraps this time for a tier divider in a cupcake/pastry box and another bottom of window rain shield that I haven't gotten to yet). Coroplast will last a long time used indoors out of the sun, I still have half of my original piece 13yrs old although it's been thru a lot and brittle now. Coroplast used outdoors in the sun, it will last about a year, less the more touched/moved. Love all the different things can do with it though!

I only rated this lower than 5 because two of the pieces that I received were pretty badly damaged. I should not have had to pay 20 bucks each for sheeting in that state! And to be fair to HomeDepot, I did not have time to go ask them to make this right.

Super cheap, light as a feather and easy to cut with a pocket knife and machinable in to any shape imaginable , but not particularly durable. Perfect for interior wall paneling of GERT series space modules and other DIY spacecraft for those on tight budgets or when you need to build it quick to avoid the upcoming catastrophic asteroid collision. Semi translucent nature allows economic use of your space capsule lighting systems. NOTE: Difficult to keep clean and will NOT hold up to even the slightest amount of actual use or touching. Late testing by NASA engineers found it works well with advanced explosive bolt fastening systems.

Worked great on concrete countertop. I poured a concrete countertop in place and cut this sheet to put between the wall and cement. I used painter's tape to secure it to the wall and caulked the gap between my mold and the sheet. After the top cured, I simply cut the exposed sheet with a utility knife and put trim over the gap. This material was PERFECT for what I needed. Thin, durable but easy to cut.

      Guinea Pig Cage
My first time building c & c cage for my guinea pig. With a razor blade it was very easy to score. If you want to build a c & c cage too, then definitely use this product. It will make everything so much easier. It also fit in my VW beetle. I had my backseat down and slide it all the way to my front seat, so it was over my head when I was driving and could not see out of my rearview mirror, but I was able to close my trunk with out having to cut it down. Its bendy.

Best material for building props/set pieces for stage
The product was exactly as described and in excellent shape upon arrival. We immediately put it to good use, as we used this product to build stage props frequently. the delivery process took a long time, and the freight company literally had thrown both boxes out the back of their truck into our landscaping....the trucking company would get a poor grade from me. I had just been talking to their dispatch, and they were supposed to call me when they got to the church, They didn't, we went out and found the boxes in the bushes. So no problem with Home Depot...but, the trucking company :(

        corrugated plastic cardboard as walling
I used this product as walling in a small barn, I have not heard of anyone doing this and I thought I would give it a try. It unlike any walling paneling or drywall I have used. I used aluminum channeling like used for paneling years ago for stiffing the edges of the plastic cardboard and it worked great at stiffing the edges. If you have insulation underneath it makes the walls padded like a rubber room. The panels puncture easy like with a Phillips head bit but does not rip at all. Repairs are easy with clear packaging tape as I used. The big pros of this product in this application is 1. easy to cut to shape around outlets I could see the shape of the outlet by pressing on the material on top of the panel . It does not crease the board and you can work a utility knife around the bulge until you have the right size hole. 2. It is so light weight maybe 2 pounds that you can work over your head and hold the whole sheet with one hand while fastening the sheet with the other. 3, Washable and sun resistant . 4, 1/3 the price of fiberglass panels. This product could replace paneling for sure if the manufacture could stiffen the edges of corrugation as I have and make the material 2 ply as going in 2 different directions on the corrugation for less bend. I could carry 10 sheets 4X8 by myself and hanging it is a one man job unlike any other panels and drywall. This would make great material for a porch ceilings.

These plastic sheets made for an eye opening mosaic wall
We used these corrugated plastic sheets to cut a mosaic design and then front lit them to create an eye opening 3-D back drop with a cross silhouette in the middle. I had never used Coroplast sheets before but I chose the plastic hoping it would be easy to cut with a utility knife and also provide good light reflection to contrast the cross. It did very well at both!

Product was ideal for the play sets
The Coroplast was great for the skin of the house set for the Music Man play my school is doing! I even took advantage of the black and white skins to eliminate some painting. Easy to apply and lightweight.
