Easy enough to apply and seems to be doing the job as advertised. Will have to wait and see how durable and long-lived it is. Overall I’m very happy with the look and feel of it, price was reasonable as well.

The coating was easy to apply and coverage was better than expected. The only issue is that drying time was much longer (several days) than the time on the label. The product is cost effective and i would use it again.

Drying time was several days. It appears to repel water ok and that is the reason for using it.

I painted it on the parching of the foundation wall underneath a leaking basement window (after epoxying the crack in the cement to fix the leak). ElastoLock has the consistency of canned pudding when you paint it on, so it was really easy to manage while working in a 20” crawl space under my deck. I did two coats and each hardened to what appeared to be a hard coat (like the standard old gray epoxy), so the finished surface is somewhere between eggshell and matte finish. Time will tell how it holds up to the elements. My only complaint is that I wish it were available in quarts: I only used the top inch out of a gallon tub.

Used it to fix cracks in concrete birdbath. Easy to apply and cold water wash cleanup. Applied two coats. It is more white than gray.

The online product is labelled to be used outdoors including balconies. Once you the product, there is a label on it warning it is not rated for UV. I was going to use this on the balcony, but once I saw the label, I had to return the product.

I marked excellent because of the ANTICIPATION that the elastolock and a coat of good paint on top will extend my paint job, hopefully to last 20 years.....ANTICIPATION....time will tell. Also, to keep down humidity.

Easy to apply
Easy to apply and get into crevices in the concrete. Coverage was a little less than advertised, but my surface was pretty rough. Good adhesion; won’t know effectiveness until backfill is completed.

Did a good job of coating and sealing concrete foundation, using a combination of brush and roller. Product has a smell when applying (sort of like hair-care product), which wasn’t as bad as breathing an asphalt-based product. While it says clean-up is with soap and water, don’t expect to salvage your brush and roller after applying: This is essentially very thick paint, and we opted to toss everything except the roller handle when the job was finished.

Not as thick as expected. Did 300 sq ft area with very little left for second coat. Definitely coverage closer to 400 sq ft. per 5 gal.
