When I went to install, the unit was missing one of the springs and seats and was missing the cold faucet handle cover. Thankfully I had another sink faucet I took the spring and seat from so I could get the water fixed and turned back on for my renters. I called the store to let them know about the missing parts and what I had to do. They said to come back in and they'd make it right. I was expecting a refund or at least partial and my parts back for my time and the drive. I drove 20 miles to the store just to get a replacement spring, seat, and knob cover.

The item itself was easy to install and is working as expected. My issue was I was told one day shipping in reality it took close to a week. I had a bad water leak and needed it quickly. My brick and mortar location apparently doesn't keep this in stock, which is a shame to not keep a few in stock for convenience to customers.
