The power tool was delivered in an OPEN bright yellow Dewalt box, making the tool accessible and sitting like a yellow beacon for potential thieves at my front door. HD should use secondary packaging vs. the OE packaging for both product protection and anonymity. Again, the box was open upon delivery. Not pleased with the experience overall and will no longer ship orders with HD.

Arrived before the tool arrived, placed to charge immediately. Could not wait to use it and drain it completely to charge again. All my tools were DeWalt.

I purchased this battery to pair up with the 20v ratchet along with my arsenal of DeWalt tools. I love the fact it's a 4aH battery that's almost the same size as the old 2aH batteries so I'm getting double the usage out of my tools before having to recharge vs my old batteries. I highly recommend DeWalt batteries for anyone who is looking for something that will last. I've owned my 20v DeWalt gear since 2014 and still have yet to have a battery fail on me! Highly recommended!

From day one these batteries won’t keep a charge and then I realized they’re only charging up to the second bar, it has made me pretty hesitant to make the switch to 20v tools

This drill will definitely get the job done, especially with the 5AH battery! Great buy if you do not need a Drill/Impact combo.

I’ve been pretty hard on this drill and it takes the beating like a champ, I’ve pushed this drill past its limits and it still performs. I’m always surprised by the amount of power this has, now it can’t do everything but it lol get most jobs done. It still is running great and gets used daily around the shop. 100% recommend you buy this drill if you’re looking for something cheap and don’t need it for bigger jobs. The only thing I recommend is to find a deal on some 4 or 5 amp batteries.

This carbon drill is pretty good for the Weekend warrior and small projects. if you are getting into power tools for your home projects this is a good start for the price. You greet 2 batteries, charger and a bag.

Product has worked great in all my tools so far. My biggest problem is the latches holding the adapter to the tool are way too tight. I have to take the battery off and using two screwdrivers press the lock on one side pry it loose the repeat for the other side. If I could resolve this issue I’d give it an excellent-5.

The package comes with two small batteries and the cordless drill plus the usual slow charger. But tue tool bag is not tue one shown. It's very small. It will barely hold the charger and the drill.

I bought this adapter and an additional 2Ah,4Ah,6Ah pack of batteries. My 18v circular saw drains batteries faster than any other tool I own. Thought the 6Ah battery in this adapter would be just what I needed, but the 6Ah battery won't attach.

The reviews from this product helps me the right choice. I paid what I got. This is the best. I add the picture of my old product which I throw because was not working. Milwaukee cordless was my worse decision. De Walt is the best product I have. I made a review so I can help others too.

How can I give an honest review about using a product when the product comes with not only 1, but 2 DCB207 batteries, WHICH AREN'T COMPATIBLE via the manuals provided. The batteries should have been DCB203's since they would be the closes looking to what was shown on the picture!

This combo was a great deal with the 5ah battery. This is my first XR drill and you can feel the power difference compared to the regular Dewalt Max drills. I think three settings for the led light is kind of a funny feature, but hey maybe one day I’ll need to adjust it! The bag now has a sweet rubber “Made in the USA” logo which is cool.

Mostly happy with this drill. Has plenty of power. Speed is good. Nice weight and size. Comfortable to use. Down side is I didn't know it doesn't have a bit holder. This is an optional accessory. Not so sure it's made in usa. Bag has a big patch on outside that says made in usa then inside says made in asia.

Bought it with free charger and 3ah battery and battery and charger dont work now they are telling me i have to return the whole combo and buy again but now it wont let me buy for same price, now its $218 plus tax

product has the power when I need it, dewalt has produced some of the vest tools I have worked with and I am happy with my decision.

Power was never a problem, but they break easily and DeWALT doesn’t stand behind their tools with their warranty. Go Milwaukee or Makita if possible, but I’d even take a rigid over this.

I've already owned a corded reciprocating saw and was limited to the length of the extension cord being used. I've only uesd this once so far but it handles well and it's pretty powerful for a cordless tool. It is also able to mount the the blade in 4 directions.

This is what I was looking for ,the battery last enough time,I recommend this iteam.

I recommend it to anyone that is looking for tools any day!! And excellent price.

Review on all DeWalt Power Tools: My husband passed away recently, he wasn't able to do any home repair or improvements the last 15 years, but he left me a good collection of DeWalt tools and they have been a blessing for a novice. My drill is almost 30 years old and works like new. Just added a 20 volt adapter! When I get it in my head that I want a new DeWalt, such as my new Router, I pass the "old" one on to my sister who also has to do any and all home repair and improvements.

This was a graduation gift for my son he didn't want a ring so I gifted him some awesome dewalt tool!

Good price. Not the biggest battery. Would be nice if it had a bit holder on each. Would be nice if both drills had belt hooks. Would be nice if they were brushless. I bought this pair because it was cheaper that getting 2 new batteries for my 18V DeWalt drill. LED illumination is nice.

The combo work great and have good battery life.They were delivered on time and in fine condition.I will certainly be ordering more DeWalt tools in the future.

I put a bit in it and tighten it down but when I use it for a minute the bit loosens and I have to keep retightening it

Great drill and nice tool bag. People always complain about battery life but to make batteries last longer make sure that you completely drain battery before recharging them otherwise you will end up with a battery that lasts 15min

The drill is a lifesaver for my deer blind project and the battery last a fair amount of time and the spare will finish the day if you need it....batteries charge quick too. Great product!

Better compact than the regular ones and not to heavy

Easy to hold. Not too heavy and has enough power to do what I need it to do.

I bought this combo kit and imme5got mad because the product is pictured with a saw blade but I couldn't find one in the kit . I decided to watch an unboxing video to see if I missed anything and it turns out that a plain package labeled do not throw away instead of Circular saw Blade was in fact my saw blade. Then I checked my batteries and found all of them had one LEDs worth of power on them I placed them in the charger and the indicator on the charger read as temperature warning. Its winter in MN saw I thought while this may be plausible it's definitely a bad sign. I tried my other two batteries and they both started to "charge the instantly read full charge except when I checked the led indicator on the battery they all still had one led each. I called Dewalt and they urged me to return the entire kit. But the kit is heavy and as may have mentioned It's the worst part of a MN winter outside. So before I remove my personal aditions to the kit and lug the thing back over to home depot I check the net again. Long story short ... kinda... I find a video demonstrating my experience exactly and says the solution is to make sure the battery snaps in and is seated snugly. Boom it works . So moral of the story Dewalt needs to label the saw blade as a saw blade label the charge with a "snap in" reference... And they will cut down unnecessary returns .... you're welcome... to pay me a consultation fee.. have fun everybody..
