Power washer was broke on arrival. I took it back and bought a ryobi power washer for 1/3 the price.

Light weight works awesome for the smaller jobs. Long cord which is nice and I like how the wand breaks down and stores away.

Hooked water to it, plugged it in works much better than the 2500 psi gas powered power washer I had. Size of a small suite case. Everthing goes on it or in it and ready for next time. Love this product.

Takes a long time to assemble if you are putting it back in the box every time. the nozzles attachments in the handle fall off a lot with normal use. Other than those 2 gripes it works as intended.

Just love it. Works great. Love that everything is compacted into machine. Cleans what I needed it for.

I bought the pressure washer and have used it 5 times and the unit is smoking. This thing is a piece of junk do not buy!!!

Bought one on June 22, 2024. The motor lasted about 2 hours and then stopped working. I returned it and got a replacement. The second one lasted about 30 minutes before the motor quit. Do not waste your time or your money on this piece of garbage. I expected more from DeWalt, especially in the $500 price range. On the plus side, Home Depot gave me no issues.

Works great! love how the unit is so compact. The water pressure works well for cleaning decks, sidewalks and porches to cleaning off your siding. easy to maneuver. Only issue I found is that the hose is not flexible... overall a Great product!!

Just the ticket for cleaning up a cobblestone 700 sq ft pool patio. Enough power to clean but not too much to damage or dislodge. Easy to handle and no gas or oil cleanup.

Great little portable pressure washer

So I bought this as a gamble because I have read the reviews it seems to be the same problem over and over but the hood reviews are almost as much as the bad. With that said I am in the one star club sadly. (To the point) the tool broke down after an hour of use out the box. While Dewalt offered an exchange and or repair I was left uneasy about the next unit or repairs to be done would be a solve to the issue. So …. I am a curious fella and decided to open it up and have a look see for myself. After poking around for a few minutes with a multimeter. I found that all the components were electronically fine and the electrical part of the pressure switch was operating as it should. So the issue lies in the spring of the switch. I believe it is too strong for the pressure provided by the pump to consistently overcome the spring. I heated the spring under slight pressure in the two center coils to weaken it.conclusion is the pressure washer is back going with no issues this far. As time goes on I may readjust the starts. Kudos to Dewalt for trying to be helpful. I just didn’t want to wait on my vendor or the hassle of sending it of the waiting and uncertainty of what I would get back. Hope this helps.

I picked up one of the DeWalt 3000 PSI units this morning at Home Depot. I really wanted to like the unit as it was compact, the accessory storage seemed well thought out, the sprayer gun was comfortable. But... it literally died on me after 45 minutes of use -- washing along and then just stopped. I went through all the standard troubleshooting (GFCI tests, check filters, etc.) but nothing worked. Ended up taking it back to Home Depot and exchanging for a gas powered model.

Very good product .The foamer control doesn't allow shutoff of foam and empties in about 2 to 30 seconds

For an electric power washer I was impressed. So far it has preformed well.

Power wash motor burned up 3rd time I used it. Too bad it was 6 months after it was new. Everything yellow always falls apart.

Love the way it stores the tips, handle, cord, and hose. Not so sure about the surface cleaner yet. It doesn’t want to spin with any speed

Great power washer. I don't like to have to position tank in specic ordee to use but it isn't obvious.

Best electric pressure washer I bought yet I would definitely buy it again
