Initial use works great. No problems so far. Good pressure. We'll see how it runs after a few uses.

Powerful residential unit! It's easy to use and its portability is perfect for older users! I used it for pool deck and exterior cleaning. Very well designed for storage of power heads and hoses!

The Dewalt electric pressure washer turned out to be much more powerful than I anticipated. The range of pressure nozzles gives an exceptional ability of uses.

First time user and owner at 67 years old. Found it easy to operate and use.

This has been a great and handy washer to have around. I have a gas Honda washer, but I've been looking at getting an electric unit for a long time. Something that'd be lighter and easier to transport from one location to another, without needing an extra person to help me load/unload it. I bought this one mostly due to it's clever design. I'm happy with how it all stays together in one set and that it can be rolled like a suitcase on wheels. This design has allowed for easy transport and storage. The average person should have zero difficulty lifting and loading this thing into the back of their truck or car. It feels pretty sturdy. The wheels are handy, but don't expect to be pulling this thing through grass. The hose it came with was junk though. I could tell the moment I held it that it was going to be a problem. It felt cheap and almost brittle? It kinked constantly. And one day, the side blew out of it, after maybe 25 hours of use. Aside from the hose it came with, the rest of the unit has been great and I love it.

Doesnt f work and no way to return apparently? Home depot is the worst.

easy to use bought a 40 ft ext hoses I can do whole pool patio area without moving it 90 ft area

Worked great the first summer. Now that I’m trying to use it for the first time after being stored in the shed for the winter, it’s burned up and inoperable.

I let my son take my Honda powered pressure washer to power wash his house before painting and he let us use his Dewalt 2.1 gpm 13 amp electric pressure washer. My wife ( she loves pressure washing things) and I tried it out on everything we normally power wash around our property and loved it so much that I bought one and told my son to keep the gas pressure washer. I love the ease of using it and the onboard storage is wonderful. Great product Dewalt!. Rock and Andrea G.

One year old, GFCI faulty. Was stored indoors over winter, won't run in Spring. I get green indicator on GFCI initially then it goes off. Test/Reset does not work. Tried on multiple outlets on same circuit in garage with no success. Online comments suggest quality control with DWPW2100 which does not appear to be sold anymore and has been replaced with 3000 Max PSI Brushless DWPW3000. Service system is maddingly circular. Go to website, try to email, referred back to website to text then given generic where you can find repair page. Not impressed. Looking at other vendors.

Plenty of power for a homeowner. Best feature is having all the components / accessories all contained in or on the washer. Easy setup and operation.

Stopped working after a hour

This the WORST Dewalt tool. It's the quality of a Harbor Fraight or worse. The Warranty says 3 years FULL STOP! Only ONE YEAR on this junker. The water pump design is poor at best. Then some manufacturer figured poor quality oil would help out. Don't bother looking for parts for this junk. None on earth. Back Ordered really. Never available they mean. Oh $100.44 pump only Don't follow Dewalt down their rabbit hole of a promise of QUALITY in this pressure washer. Not worthy of a photo.

Just bought it today, worked for 2 mins, and stopped. I'm really disappointed, taking it tomorrow back to the store.

Had this unit a little over a year. Used about 3-4 times. Took it out of storage to use yesterday and never started up at all. Wish wife would have looked at reviews before purchasing. Can’t even buy or find parts to fix it myself.

The page has a "Top Rated" note on it. I don't see how this is possible. I used this, maybe 5 times, and it has now lost pressure and vibrates like the motor has a bad bearing. Worst purchase of the year! I'm hoping I can get HD to take it back but I'm not optimistic.

Was too load and not powerful enough for my needs compared to other models. Liked the compact size and storage.
