Leaked oil and water out or the oil vent. first time using the power washer.

Very easy to start, plenty of power, relatively quiet, well built. Very happy with my purchase!

After only a few uses, my nice looking machine has malfunctioned. Spewing gray oily muck all over the driveway. Sounds like the same problem. Others are having with a bad pump.

I have had this for 1.5 years and used it maybe 4 times. Now the pump is leaking oil. After further investigation on line this seems to be an issue. The warranty only covers the pump for 30 days.

If you use any product read the manual and apply what you read the results would be better.

Stay away. Used 3 times and is trash. warranty is trash, Dewalt is trash. Never will I by another tool from Home Depot or Dewalt. Product had to be turned into a service center over and hour away

Worked for a few hours and then pump broke.

I have had this machine for 1.5 years now. only worked for one year. worked great then. but have been fighting warranty for 6 months now, takin it to both of there recommended local shops without any luck. And now they are saying you cannot get a replacement under warranty, but you guys cant fix it either! So now i am stuck with and $800 washer with no one willing to take responsibility for this great warranty that they are claiming to have. i have been calling weekly for the last 6 months!

Much better than I anticipated. The power is awesome. But what made the difference for me was the ability to both throttle down the engine and turn down the pump to significantly reduce pressure for smaller or more delicate areas where you don’t want all the power. I’m careful to not let it idle more than a minute or so at a time to keep pump cool. I’ve completed two medium sized jobs on different days with about an 8 hour total runtime (about 6 hours full power/pressure & 2 hours with pressure dialed way down) with no issues whatsoever. Very happy so far. Will be storing with pump saver between uses.

The Dewalt warranty doesn’t cover the water pump. Bought a DXPW 4035 model 12 months ago and pump failed. Had it fixed for $800 at a Dewalt service center who said pump not covered.

easy to assemble, love the Honda engine, good pressure, this replaces a Simpson machine, which I bought 3 or 4 years ago and pump froze up, checking on warranty for machine, but needed another now- looks similar to that machine. Started up on 2nd pull.

Easier start than my one pull toro mower, that’s easy. I had to weigh down the driveway attachment to keep it from levitating a foot off the ground. Impressive.

The pump quit after a couple months and unable to find a replacement as everywhere I look they are on back order. Had both end of the hose provided blow apart.

have just started using it. cleans concrete patio, removes mildew and loose paint from house, cleans up ZT mower. clrans brick siding, etc. You do have to be a little careful about the edges of the spray. They can be much stronger than the middle part and can damage boat covers and RV decals. Worked excelent on glass tabe top.
