I bought it thinking it was "new" and the insurance button didn't work and the front part was painted black with spray, and the inside of the machinery you could see that it was used

I picked this tool to fill in a spot between a smaller & larger Milwaukee saw of about the same design. I find that the one handed design for what I am using them for is so much easier to use and handi. I have 4 of the old style sawzalls which are great on Construction jobs where a lot of power is needed. This tool could be used in Construction to good effect but I have no on the job experience as to how it would stand up to heavy 2 handed use on Big wood framing or pipe cutting all day.

This saw did a great job cutting through old 2x4 rails between pickets in a fence repair job. Locker didn’t work at Home Depot but customer service reps were very helpful getting my saw for me.

Easy to use saw for many homeowner applications. Very maneuverable in tight spaces. I use it with 2ah and 5ah batteries. Surprisingly useful for pruning and other landscaping chores. This is an excellent lightweight tool, but obviously not a replacement for more powerful corded saws.

Home Depot had this tool on sale. Perfect saw for quick and easy cutting. Works GREAT!

Good for cutting wood and metal with the right blades. I use 8 inch blade and 2 battery later the saw gets very hot. It cut non stop, so I guest I let it cool down a bit first.

This saw is a convenient size. It will get warm if your using it for an extended period.

i purchased this saw as an extra, i have the larger one from a combi kit,because of its small size, and light weight , it is a very handy tool for smaller jobs. i used with a scraper blade to scrape up old lineolium, it worked excellent and made the job very easy. it is small enough to use all day. very happy with my purchase, i hope it has a long tool life.

This tool worked as great as the reviews said it would. It cut down a Yucca plant with a 20 foot stalk that had died. It makes quick work of pruning and pvc pipes. If you already have other Dewalt tools it is a no brainer as they share the same battery packs.

Very versatile tool at a decent price can really get in tight places and cut with ease every tradesmen should have one…
