Nice design. Look great on my deck.

These chairs are a quality product with a few gotchas. First of all, they are extremely heavy! This is an issue in assembly which is awkward to say the least, but also in moving them around on the deck if not perfectly flat. The color is milk chocolate not dark and I was expecting darker based on the picture online. That said overall they are a good product if a bit expensive.

Selling a price gouging product from any manufacturer is sad. Is the price due to cost to recycle.

Manufacturing tooling is clearly in bad shape as none of the cuts actually fit in the slots. Good luck drilling the holes perfectly. Hardware included is excessively cheap and strips easily. Ridiculously overpriced junk.

Are you kidding with this price for plastic chairs!?!

Several of pre-drilled holes on the chairs we not done. I would have sent the chairs back, but it took so long to get the original order that I went ahead and tried to drill the holes myself and assemble them myself. Would never buy this product again.

I waited 2 months to get this set of 4 chairs. It came on a wood pallet and it wasn't until I started to assembly the first chair that realized at there were only 3 chairs. When I called to report this I was put on hold for 22 minutes only find out that the vendor was closed. I was told that I should call the vendor on Monday (its Friday). I think this is Home Depots issue and they should do the leg work. I bought this product from Home Depot. It's obvious that a box was lost. When I expressed my frustration I was told that I could return my order and a whole new order would be placed. 2 more months? I asked to return and get a refund. We'll see how that goes as there are only 3 chairs. I explained that I hauled this order to our cabin and one chair was already assembled. The lady in customer service had no concern what so ever. I just disassembled the chair and Home Depot will no longer get my business. What a helpless situation this is. This chair is really nice, so I feel horrible having to write this review. Home Depot burned me.

Now delayed another 3-4 weeks. This outdoor furnitture should be here just in time for winter!

The chairs were easy to assemble. We find them comfortable and seem to be good quality. We considered higher priced chairs by other brands and are happy with our choice. The chairs have been on our lower patio for about a week around a fire pit. Our neighbors have complimented the chairs. The chocolate color looks nice with the forest that lines our house.
