Easy set up although instructions are vague. Unit runs great and has all the power I need. Overall, excellent value. Can't wait until the power goes off again.

Its a great generator for the money

Bought a 13,000 watt dual fuel a month ago for my camp. Already has 300 plus hours on it with no problems. Running a 16x80 trailer with central air. Really satisfied so far. Purchased this 12,000 for my daughter for emergency backup.

Didn't fit my needs returned for refund.

We bought this home 6/1/23. The previous owner recommended this generator. He had the electrical hookup already installed. He took the generator with him, so we bought the same one. He recommended that we buy 2, 40 gal propane tanks elsewhere, which we did. We haven't used any of the equipment yet, but are going on his recommendation.

Bought this for home packup and works great runs the whole house

My new generator powered my house just as advertised, and my electrician even said it was a nice piece of equipment. My wife will be very happy the next time we have a hurricane and lose power. I am happy with this purchase.

East to set up. Started up on propane and runs great!

I bought this generator several weeks ago so far it has worked well. It ran my big house A/C ok with some struggling. So far I am happy with it. Price was really good for the size.

I've run this generator for several hundred hours and only had one small issue. The handles that are used to move the generator are fairly weak for the heavy generator. JB weld has solved this problem for now, but that may be something to consider if you plan on moving it frequently, or at all. I would suggest this for someone looking for a large, well priced generator.

Engine Model: DHLG457-Serial Number: 21120205661: Delivery was very good, communication throughout process was superb. Delivery person contacted me prior to delivery and after delivery, proof of delivery showed exactly where it was left; Packaging was excellent; Following the instruction to assembly was good, easy to follow, mostly. Exceptions: Wrenches provided fit only two of all fasteners used in assembly; Washers used for axels one size (large): Any photo of the choke is dark, and the lever cannot be seen; Generator components Photos is dark unable to clearly see receptacles of the Power Panel; The negative battery terminal connector was not installed correctly to use current cable end as intended. Under troubleshooting "Engine runs but there is no electrical output" add: Check GFCI and specific output "Reset" buttons. No power output was experienced for this startup. it was found the GFCI was tripped. reset corrected. Under "Starting the Generator using Gasoline, Propane, and Recoil Start #4 Turn off idle control. I have not been able to find went to turn it back on. Where is this stated? Most importantly When using the Digital Multimeter, what are the values that can be expected for Voltage? This unit read over 200. I would expect 120VAC when using those outlets and 240VAC when using the rated outlets based on load.

Bought the generator well over a year ago everything went great so far.

This is my 2nd generator from this company. With all the hurricanes in Florida, this is a must have! They work Great!

Purchased for whole house power during utility outages. The Beast has worked perfectly for a couple of short outages and one multi-day outage this past year of ownership. EXCELLENT product info/photos, wonderful customer service, and we love the dual fuel capability. So far, this generator certainly meets all of our expectations and exceeds others in the industry!

This generator was my favorite, and having owned a Wacker- Neuson and a Generac, that is saying a lot. However I'm now in limbo as to what to do. The Machine just stopped running all of a sudden. Despite my best efforts to stay vigilant about the maintenance and care of the product. The connector rod broke and now I'm in the process of trying to get the warranty to cover the repair of it. I hope that I can get it fixed, because, true to its name, this thing truly was a beast.

I have a 20lb propane tank on it. Does not say I need a bigger one in the instructions. I have enough oil. Not sure what the problem is. I will update my review once I get it going though.

I bought this generator about a month ago just ahead of hurricane season and I am glad I did. I put the it together (wheels and handles) put the oil in it and gas and it started on the first try. Purrs like a kitten.

I use this to power my rv and it works great. Only downside is that it seems to be a little loud.

First time buying a generator. Looked at many different brands and felt DuroMax had the most features for the price range. After receiving the generator, I was impressed with quality of it for the price. Manual that comes with it is very well laid out as well.
