The OS dimensions were .76" not .75". The brackets I need to use for my project are .75" IS dimension exactly. I had to file the brackets to fit over the balusters.

Really ease to set ,good product

The Balusters were easy to install and they look great.

This is a great product to mix with other Balusters. I had to use a drill press to install these for this purpose, but it turned out great.

The quality of the product was nice. They looked amazing.

Product looks and feels good. Home depot pro desk ordered these instead of black... but thanksfully enough the client ended up liking them. If not that would have cost me alot of time and money. As for the product itself, it looks and feels sturdy and clean cut.

Balusters look great. Pretty easy to put together.

The balusters are gorgeous. Love the prpre-drilled holes on either end to make installatuon easy. Would like to have a selectuon for 42" and 30" as well.

Ordered these online (store doesn't carry anything other than wood balusters)(Stupid), got them in acceptable time. Going to put them up (first time building a deck) and they did not send enough connectors to install. They sent 10 connector in the box, need 30 to install. Going to call customers support. Will update when handled.

First, it is important to note that the connectors are not exactly as shown. It is not hidden under the baluster, but provides a wider footprint with a bit of an ogee style profile. (Google "estate aluminum balusters' for a more accurate picture). Not bad, but not what I was expecting. Out of the 34 boxes that I ordered (bronze), only 5 had the correct color connector. The remaining 29 boxes had black connectors. An e-mail to customer service had the problem remedied within a couple of days, meanwhile, the contractors were waiting... I placed a follow up order to complete the project. Knowing of the color match issue, I requested that the folks in the warehouse check the product before shipping it out. Again the connectors were all the wrong color, again customer service sent the correct color promptly. Once we got the color match sorted out, the product looks great. I cannot yet address how long the finish lasts. Bottom line, it is a nice looking product that installs well. Just be aware that once you receive the product, you may have to jump through hoops to get the colors right.
