Product was carefully packaged, no damage in shipping. Color was as pictured. Shipping time was okay. Home Depot was the only big box online source for this product. Drive time to store is 35 minutes minimum.

Assembling the rails was tricky but your instructions were good. It takes two people to assemble.

Great looking once it is installed. Installation is not simple and requires some planning and at least two people but it is doable.

Very pleased with the balusters. They installed easy and look great.

If you are drilling holes in which to place the rails, a simple comment re what drill bit to use would be helpful on the package. A forstner 3/4 in is too small, but very clean. Slightly larger leaves the rail loose. Metric size is close, but not exact. A 3/4 spade bit is loose, but not clean.

Color of metal rods was as ordered, associated hardware ordered was the right size and easy to install.

Same as other suppliers but less expensive since includes the mounts

Tedious to install, and came up short by 24 plastic adapters.That being said, the product looks great!

Good quality, easy set up. The only bad thing is that they don’t include the same number of stair connectors as the vertical ones. I was short so I’m still waiting for them to ship me some so I can finish my project. Otherwise they would have 5 stars.
