I love this shower door and the no slam feature. I gave only 4 stars because the glass is VERY green. I expected a slight green tint but regret not purchasing a clear glass door instead. I will also have to purchase additional guards for the bottom of the doors because water escapes through although minimal. Overall great product.

I have only had my door intstalled for three weeks but so far so good. The installer hated me but looks and works really good. We go need to clean the door often from the water spots

These doors are beautiful, I went back and forth if I should get these or the 3/8 in. glass but figured that would be overkill. I have that in my free standing shower but sliding doors, no. Looks beautiful, glides easily and LOVE the soft-close doors, no more accidental slamming. Has a modern look with the hardware and clear glass. All the videos on the site are helpful too. They were just installed but don't for see any problems.

I love the way it looks and functions, even though I got a lot of pushback from my contractor about how he “didn’t like it.” But it’s my bathroom, not his. Directions were a little misleading about placement of the top frame.
Four stars rather than five because we paid for “white glove” delivery to the interior of the house where we would be installing the door. After going back and forth with delivery people about what we knew we had paid for, if my husband had not called customer service to insist on getting what we paid for, they would have dropped it on our front porch and ran.

Beautiful but shattered
I purchased this almost 2 years ago. It had been up for over a year with no issues. Last night one of the panels shattered out of no where. Some glass was still stuck in the henges, therefore it wasnt that it fell. Not sure what may have caused it. Other than that it was a beautiful piece and I’m disappointed that it shatteted.

Leaks water
Originally, we had heck getting all of the parts because all of it was not included. Once we had everything and got it installed the edges/seals do not go all the way to the side so therefore I have water coming out while showering and a moldy wall! We have waited almost a year to see if someone can fix it so it will not leak. I would not buy again!

2nd time ordering shower door and both times did not receive complete order.

looks crooked and was missing some parts.
The shower door looks misaligned and the handles appear weak, possibly made from inexpensive materials. Every time I open the door, it feels like they might break. I had intended to purchase a new one but I think I'll explore other options for a more durable choice.

DO NOT BUY!! Shattered in thousands of pieces 2 days after installation. Shattered right in my face and all over my body as I was stepping in the shower and sliding the door. Thank GOD my 1 year old was not showering (as this is his bathroom) or he would have been blind. Hazardous and poorly made. Recall this item!!!

The tempering process creates stresses on the glass that allow the glass to withstand greater than normal forces on its surface. Them unit is excellent. And the written instructions are also. Only problem is that the mounting template for the top frame (the most important part of the unit) was wrong. if the template were used the top frame would have been in the wrong place. When I called the support number they said to follow the written instructions, not the template. Pity the poor purchaser who uses the template.

The door is absolutely stunning and have had so many compliments. The Home Depot delivery team took great care in delivering it without breaking. The only downside is that the door handle was missing hardware. I’m am awaiting resolution from Liberty Hardware (Delta’s parent company).

I docked a star because the door arrived without the handles. I had to call home depot to get a refund for the handle portion and reorder the handles, luckily they sell them individually online. The door itself is great. It took some time to put together but once installed it looks great and feels very sturdy and high end.
