Product looks nice. The wall anchors were poor quality and one of them broke when trying to twist it into the pilot hole which had been drilled according to the instructions.

The package was opened but I still bought it. When I went to open it, I saw that the bar inside did not fit and had to return.

The bar was shorter than expected. The hardware was too loose, so I found another way to secure the hardware to the wall.

The adhesive used is very strong and sticks immediately on contact. Vert good inexpensive product. Make sure to stick it in the right spot the first time, because once it touch the wall it's stuck for good.

The screws that come with these are cheap and fragile. The heads keep breaking and the rest of the screw gets stuck so I had to drill multiple holes, sand and paint multiple times.

Why Change What Works?
Why change what works?
I don't understand why the change from a screw driver driven screw to an Allan Wrench. This does not work when trying to turn against a solid wall. Could not install this and threw it away. Terrible!

Screw anchors failed
I had to return after screw anchors failed and left large holes in drywallI now have to repair. Some did not break but began turning while inserting screw into them.

Bought two in this style, 18 inch. Both packages had one set screw missing from base of mount.
Looks to me to be a packaging fault. Used two screws with same treading to install.
