This toilet is easy to install even for a non-handy person. It works well and saves water.

Just about perfect. I needed a compact toilet to fit a small bathroom and the size was perfect. It replaced a 20 year old early version of a water saver toilet that I cursed almost every day. I always had a plunger handy. This one works really well, no plunger required. Good flush, hold down handle for a little extra water. As others have said, you will want to keep a brush handy for occasional cleanings but overall very happy with purchase.

Bought elongated and round seats for 2 bathrooms. Both comfortable. Lid slow closing but can close quickly with push. Depth from my walls to front of bowls: 28"round seat and 30.5" elongated. They sit flush with the back walls so paint first if you are painting. My old toilet wobbled, the Delta attached tightly. Efficient flush, no upward splash, quick refill. 2nd flush not required. No noisier flush. My cleaning wand fits in bottom of bowl too! Very happy with purchase.

I needed a toilet that would accommodate my baseboard heater behind it and this one fit perfectly with room to spare. Easy installation, looks and works great!

I wanted to give this 5☆'s, but there was an integral piece missing in the box. The product, itself, is fabulous. It fits perfectly in our small, mobile home bathroom. For a "standard" toilet it still has some "class". It flushes well and is rather quiet when filling. Also fills quick. I like the feature, in the tank, where you can adjust your water level AND you can choose whether you want the tank or the bowl to fill more. The piece that was missing was the nuts/bolts that secure the tank to the bowl. Had to go all the way back to the store to get them. Other than that, I am pleased with the product.

I bought 2 of these toilets 1 round and one elongated bowls for my master bath and hall bathroom after a couple months using them I am delighted with my purchase. Flushes with authority while still saving water thus saving money the comfort height is great install was smooth and easy even though I work in hardware field and already knew how to install it, deltas are the best toilets in the market for the price u can't beat it I'd recommend it with 100 percent certainty you'll be satisfied

Flushes great, easy to install, and this was my first toilet installation. We had old, outdated toilets that used a ton water and had huge tanks, so we upgraded one so far and I plan to buy the same for the other toilets in our home.

This toilet was just right for the space needed to fit. the seat was elevated and has rapid flushing capabilities to save water too. thanks

Bought my first one in January for the master bath. It's great because the back wall of the bowl is vertical, which directs your stream downward into the water instead of back up at 45 degrees like most toilets. Bought another one this month for the guest bath. This time it came with a wax ring for the flange (I had unknowingly already bought one separately) and rubber pads for the lid connection points (unnecessary, but a nice touch).

Easy to install and flushes great with only 1 and 1/4 gallon of water

This toilet looks nice and I like the extra height but the toilet seat/lid is very thin plastic. I sat on the lid so I could install our toilet paper holder and the it buckled under me. I don't weigh that much and was very disappointed. I also set my hammer on the lid, during the same installation, and it marked the seat. I didn't drop the hammer, I gently set it down. I shouldn't have to buy an extra seat but I guess I'll have to. So much for the good value.

nice unit! Inexpensive and small but modern with clean lines. Perfect for small spaces; tank lever needs to be replaced because it's cheap looking but I do appreciate the economy price on the unit. The 10 in rough in allows the unit to take up even less space. My drain is 12 inches from the wall but I used an adapter piece so that the 10 in model worked. The chair height means it's comfortable to use.

The toilet works well without any issues so far. Uses less water than my previous toilet.

Living in condo complex that was built in the 70's so the plumbing is sure not up to-date and modern.Instalation was fairly straight foreword and everything was included with the Delta Foundation.The only optional needed part was the in-let line.I was skeptical that the 1.28 GPF would do the job but I was wrong.Toilet have been in use about a month and never a problem with a single flush.IMPRESSED!

How high the water is in the water tank. There will be water droplets on the outside. Will drop to the ground.

So glad I bought this over the Glacier Bay this time around. Way easier install, better hardware, better seat, better instructions, and great tips. I though I was going to have to raise my flange after having new tile installed. Had 1/8" above tile. Instructions say to be between flush and 1/4" max! This saved me a huge headache and it works well with the provided wax ring. Took 30 mins to install. Now I need to replace the Glacier Bay with one of these in the other bath.

Small toilet for smaller bathrooms

Finally a toilet that has flange bolts that do not require trimming! The cover caps are domed high and sit flush with the surface, no rattling around. Easy and quick for one person to install.

This is a great toilet for just about any decor and it flushes great. It is chair height as well which is comfortable but takes some getting used to as well. The bowl on in it much deeper than typical toilets which helps keep 'splashing inside the toilet. The flush is 1.28 gallons but you can adjust the mechanism inside for a bigger flush if need be. The slow-close seat is great and helps encourage me to actually put it down! Installation was about as easy as it can be. Having two separate pieces made lining up the toilet over the wax ring before placing and pushing nice and easy. Attaching the tank was easy as well, I tightened it enough with just my hands. The tank sits flush with my wall and may in other homes. If you have any trim or paneling on your drywall, you may run into issues. The toilet tank reaches a height of 30.75 inches. The toilet arrived via delivery in good condition and was packaged exceptionally well, no messy styrofoam, just sturdy cardboard. Overall, excellent toilet.

The toilet was easy to install and not a single tool was needed. All the nuts were winged plastic nuts and easy to tighten. The bolts for the flange were thicker (probably 3/8 inch) than what you oftentimes find. There was no bolt movement when dropping the toilet onto the bolts. The white caps that snap over the bolts are a little taller than normal so there was no need to cut the bolts. When bolting the water tank down, you could tell when it was good and tight and you were not concerned with over-tightening the tank. There were no leaks once water was installed. The seat has rubber bumpers and not cheap plastic bumpers. The wax ring that came with the toilet was of good quality. I've gotten wax rings with toilets before that I was afraid to use. The soft close seat is a very gentle close. Most important of all is you have a good strong flush with water coming down all the sides.

High quality product. I was surprise how unbelievable easy process to replace old toilet could be! I've never done it before and I just followed an instruction. Toilet came in 2 preinstalled pieces; toilet seat, wax ring, all mounting bolts were included. It took me about 30 min to read instruction, to remove old toilet, to clean the area and to set up new toilet. I had no licks anywhere. Toilet looks very nice. It's higher then most other toilets - 17" vs. 15" from floor to the top of toilet seat. Extra 2" makes it easy to sit and stand up - important future for elderly, people with limited moving abilities and people with arthritis. The sit itself feels comfortable. Toilet uses not much water, but it cleans well. Price is dabble that you would pay for cheapest toilet versions - Glacier Bay or America Standard you can find for less then $100; but if you looking for comfort vs. savings it's definitely good money investment.
