The product is good and for the most part went up very easily. Very tiny set screws for attaching bar support to wall bracket.

It matches others in the same bath.

I really like the look of these, but the new design doesn’t use a set screw. The ends don’t stay attached well. If you pull a towel off, the end comes off as well. Poor design. See other reviews that say the same. I’ve tried calling the help desk only to be on hold 25 mins and not answer. I’ve tried multiple times. Very frustrating.

Beautiful and easy to install. I only needed the bar to replace my 18inch at home, but they do not sell separately. Thus, the four stars.
