Super easy to install, works well, and looks great!

Love this showerhead! I did alot Of research and this one far exceeds anything I expected! The handle is so easy to remove and install. The water options are very good! I would buy another one from my upstairs bathroom when it’s ready.

Easy to install, works well. High water flow (2.5 gym) compared to our previous fixture, which works for us but you might want to keep in mind.

Plumber installed. Very easy to use . Easy to get to the exact right temperature just by pushing it all the way over to the left where I don’t get scalded and it’s not too cold ....perfect every time. Sometimes tricky to put the wand in place where I hear a click ....But it always stays up.

Excellent variety of sprays and amazing coverage

This shower head is great! It looks just so nice and sleek, and has good pressure (both with the flow restrictor in and with it out). Ultimately though, I exchanged it because I wanted a rain shower. The H2Okinetic makes this more of a spray. This looked nicer than the replacement for sure tho...

I love this shower head. It looks amazing, was super easy to install and the pressure is great. It would be helpful if the connecting hose were a bit longer, but I did not compare that when shopping. I would definitely recommend.

Looks great. The button on the hand held that turns the water off doesn’t shut the water off completely.

This is really a quality product. The magnetic feature really works well. There is no problem at all when removing and replacing the head into its housing after a little practice. Installation was as easy as can be. To get the maximum pressure just remove the green water restrictor located behind the the filter on the head. It comes out very easily. I may have to replace mine because the pressure is too strong. I'll wait awhile and may get used to it. I took away one star because of the fixed head. I would have liked the head to swivel up and down to accommodate different showering positions. Other than that this is a very good product.

Showerehead is good looking and switch and button to change spray is easy and works well. However magnetic system not so good....the hand held spray has fallen out a couple of times after I thought I had put it in securely.

Pleasantly surprised by this showerhead!! And we didn't have to spend thousands to get quality. It is multifunctional and does everything the description says...

We have 4 bathrooms with 4 showers, and all 4 have these shower heads. After installing and using the first one for many months, we ended up getting more. Our water pressure is not bad, but it’s not the best. However, the H20kinetic spray really is great, and it is quite variable. A+

I ordered this item twice and both times the box was filled with parts from the shower head, never the full order. Also in the box were various other plumbing parts. I felt like someone was playing a joke on me.

Did not install. Was disappointed in size (too small) and did not like the fact it was all plastic...so I returned it.

This is an exceptional hand held shower sprayer. I have the one like this with the 5 sprays also, however I prefer this one with the 4 sprays. The magnetic lock system is very user friendly. The “hose” is pliable and not stiff. This Delta shower unit does not disappoint.

Most hand held shower heads mount up high from the base of the handle. This causes water spray to make it over the top of the shower curtain on my conventional tub / shower. Installed easily. This one centers the shower head​ on the pipe lowering the shower head a foot over my previous model. Used Teflon tape on joints. No leaks. Quiet. Looks great. All are happy.

Best shower head I've ever had. Feels like 3x the water as advertised. It also looks and feels expensive. Worth the investment!

Much improved from our old unit. Strong water pressure. Thicker water drops, so water feels warmer. Only con is that no Teflon tape included.

Delta offers a variety of In2ition products with varying levels of features. I read some reviews on models that did not come with the magnatite docking feature. Those models used little bumps to snap the hand-held spray head into place. However, the reviewer complained that it was hard to reattached. Because of that, I decided I wanted a model with the magnatite docking. However, when I got the In2ition it had three little bumps for snapping in the spray head. It doesn't feel like there is a magnet holding it in place. The bumps work, however, and they firmly hold onto the spray head. I am just disappointed that it doesn't feel like a magnet is holding it in place. I thought the models with the magnatite docking wouldn't have the bumps and would only be relying on a magnet. Water spots show fairly well on the stainless steel version. The diverter valve works well. I like that it snaps into its three positions. The hose is encased in a flexible metal casing. Good quality. The model does not have the cheap vinyl hose painted to look like metal. (There is a hose inside the metal casing and it probably is vinyl.) Note that a shower arm does not come with this shower head. Note that a shower caddy that hangs from the shower arm may no longer work with this shower head due to the hose coming down. I had to remove mine.

Although the water pressure in my house is very good, I am not getting that with this shower head. I am getting fat droplets. I am short, and I cannot get the head to face more downward. This way the water showers all the way to the seat in the shower. I have tried every combination that is offered and none is to my satisfaction.

The best!! Great to wash me and te glass door. Worthwhile investment

looked at many shower heads this one was priced higher so i thought let me see what the difference is, so i purchased this shower head along with 2 others... night and day the quality of this shower head is far better than the cheaper one's and the water preasure is great, i love just standing under this shower head. well worth the extra money.

I will be returning this in2ition shower for the following reasons: 1) It is GIGANTIC. Looking at the photos I thought that the handheld piece will be smaller than a standalone handheld shower with an overall combined size of the in2ition fixture slightly bigger than a typical large shower head. NOT. The handheld piece is as big as any handheld shower making the entire shower head very bulky and not suitable for installation in a normal shower. It may work, if you have an oversized shower area. 2) The fixed shower head does NOT pivot up/down/left/right like normal shower heads do. It means that once and forever you have to position the shower arm precisely for the height of the person taking the shower. If you expect a tall and a small person using it - then tough luck. 3) I splurged for magnatite docking, hoping that it will make removal of the handheld piece easier. In reality besides the magnetic clips there are also THREE tight plastic pins that you have to pry in order to release the shower. This takes substantial effort and combined with non-pivoting shower head will be placing substantial stress on the shower arm each time you will be yanking the handheld piece out. I don't even want to guess how soon the finish will start rubbing off where the plastic pins hold the shower. Overall, this may work for new installations, if you design your shower area around the requirements of this item, including reinforcing the shower arm, but is really not practical for households with normal baths.
