Holds towels perfectly. I have used other towel holders where the towels just slides off. This one is designed to hold on to the towels.

I went to the Bend store today, 10/30/23, to pick this item up and was tokd by the Customer Service Agent that this item was not in their store. They had no explanation of why the App says it’s ready to be picked up. I hope it will be sent to the Bend store and that I will be notified when it actually us ready to be picked up.

Love the look, easy install but cheap screws, some stripped during install.

I've bought 4 products in this series and had problems with 3 of them. Toilet paper holder doesn't stay level because of a cheap, plastic bracket in some models (same UPC!), hand towel holder slips out unless you glue it back every few months and now this piece of junk's bite screw on the bottom won't pass through the hole far enough to make contact with the wall bracket. Shame on me for sticking with this crappy brand but I was already too far down this path. Don't make my mistake, avoid Delta!

Purchased four hooks for small bath remodel. The hook is strong, a nice size, and installation was easy. Decided not to use them because the circular back has a mold seam that I felt distracted from the hook design.

Drywall anchors supplied were insufficient to properly hang hook. I had to repair wall after trying to use them then reinstall with different anchors. Would not recommend this product.
