It looks great, but leaks...Delta customer service isn't the greatest...after waiting on hold for about 2 hours, all they would ship me is new seals...like I know how to put those in?

I paid $140 for this fixture and the water pressure is horrible. I viewed the video that is available for this shower head and my pressure is no where near that. I know they put a device in the head to limit the water usage but it feels like it doesn't even rinse the shampoo out of my hair. I had to remove this beautiful shower head and replace it it with my old $20 shower head to be able to shower.

Easy to use and looks great!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled. When it was completed I was going to take a shower. I waited for the shower to get hot water and that never happened. In the middle of winter I’m taking a cold shower, pressure was poor also. I waited a long time to be able to remodel and now I don’t have a hot shower, not sure what to do at this point. If you don’t want people to have a hot shower the box needs to say that so you gave a option.

Bought this product and had it installed. Very nice handle to turn on/off water. Finish on product is nice. Only thing is that an allen wrench wasn't supplied to tighten handle on control valve. That is very cheap in my mind.

Delta engineers have designed the cartridge that controls the water flow to prevent accidental scalding. While the intent is noble, the execution is an abject failure. To adjust the mixture of hot and cold water flow to my liking, causes the hottest water to flow when the control handle is in the "C"(cold) position. I keep my water heater on one of the lowest settings to prevent scalding. I don't need Delta to control that for me. Their attempt to do so is a complete engineering failure.

Remodeled entire master bathroom and chose this shower combo because it was the finish I was looking for and thought Delta was a well known name. Was very disappointed with this three-spray shower head (especially since it wasn't cheap). There was no water pressure whatsoever, none. Tried moving it to the different positions and nothing helped. We had more pressure with the old shower head we had in there and it was a water saver head too. Everything was already installed so we couldn't just take it out and get a whole new one. It only took one shower to realize it was not going to work for us and we replaced it with a cheaper one-spray shower head from Glacier Bay. Much better, Would definitely not recommend.

Nice shower faucet, retains water marks slightly, not very strong water flow, but that could be my plumbing. Otherwise looks nice and easy to use.

Something is wrong with this valve, the water never gets hot, even though every other faucet in the house works correctly and the water is plenty hot. I took my first shower with it last night, it is just barely luke warm. I can't use it like this. What is the fix for this? Do I have to rip out my newly tiled wall and replace it?

I recently installed a 'walk-in' shower stall, and opted to install THIS faucet instead of the '2 handle' faucet. So far this has been great, and so much easier to use. Great faucet.

I bought this for me new walk-in shower we just installed, it has 3 really nice sprays, was easy for my husband to install and it is so stylish, it’s great there’s bathroom accessories I can pair up with this shower.

Needed the showerhead to swivel more, but it’s limited. Love the handle though.

Purchased this product for our new bathroom. The contractor installed it with our new shower. A short time later it developed a drip then became a steady stream and finally just full on running. Had to shut off the water to the house and plug it up. Contacted Delta who sent a set of new springs and washers. Installed those. It worked for a few days then same thing happened. Can't ever use the shower again thanks to Delta and this garbage they sell. Home Depot should be embarrassed to have this product on their shelves.
