Structurally deficient
Delta promotes “easy clip installation” on the box. Unfortunately, that means easy clip removal as well. Taking the first towel off this rack brought the whole rack with it!
So, I figured the clips hadn’t fully engaged and tapping the bar down would provide a stronger fit. Perhaps with some suitable drywall anchors that would have worked, but the supplied drywall anchors are completely inadequate and any significant vertical pressure on the mounts just pulls the anchors from the wall.
I’ve installed a lot of towel racks in my day and have never seen a worse installation approach than this. Don’t bother with this product or any in the product family that promote this “easy clip installation” in this case, easy means inadequate.

Within a week, one of the side pieces broke. It seems that it was made of plastic, not metal. Would not recommend. I purchased a different vendors product to replace the Delta. It is made of metal. So far no problems.

I like the style. One unexpected feature was that the towel bars roll so you can pull a wet towel easily over the bars. One tip, the towel bar must be tapped down onto the mounting points. I didn’t do this at first and the towel bar came off the mounts. After pressing it down, it has stayed in place and is wonderful.
