The ProFlex16-Piece Paver Edging Anchoring 8 in. Spike Pack are designed to easily hold down paver edging guides. Also, they can be used to help stake down edge drains on your patio. The 8 inch stakes are similar to spikes used to attach timbers to other timbers, but instead of steel, they are made of a strong plastic which will grab the soil efficiently for years and not rot.

You will need extra spikes when having a long run if edging or curves. Worked great.

They are durable, came as expected

Easy to drive, and they hold the edging in place. I stake them about every 2 feet, and on the ends, so far after one winter, no movement horizontal or vertical.

They are exactly as advertised. These really saved the day.

The items arrived as expected and were in good condition. I will buy these again for my next edging project.

Sturdy, strong and long enough to anchor well.

These spikes fit through the holes for the scallop type garden edging.

They're sturdy and won't break easily. They don't stick up "above" the borders cuz they're not too tall. Not an "excellent rating" cuz they only come in black. Green, white and terra cotta colors would be great.

Only used part worked extremely well waiting for order of additional spikes to install the rest

I decided to use these for the lawn edging in my backyard, turned out great! They don't overlap at all so I just had to put them as close together as I could and obviously put a nail in at both ends. I just finished so we'll see how it holds up over the next few months but they are pretty solid.

I am using these spikes to hold in place a very long section of hard plastic landscape edging. They are just long enough to drive in deep enough to hold well. They are made of plastic. The plastic is very durable so I don't forsee any issues with them breaking. I pounded them in with a standard steel hammer and not one broke. Good value and quality.

Great edging anchors, very sturdy and long enough to grip .

I have surrounded a couple of large trees in my front yard with concrete flower bed edging which I've had problems keeping in place and straight due to root growth and a neighbor who drags her trash bin by it knocking the concrete decorative bricks over. So, I decided to run some plastic garden edging around the base of the concrete edging. The plastic garden edging, which is L-shaped, has holes to run the spikes through, which have kept the cement edging in place. These spikes are tough, but flexible enough to be used in this application, and they seem to bend around the roots. My friendly neighbor has run into the edging several more times since I put them in and they are still holding firmly in the ground.

These spikes were easy to install. I used them for fairly big landscaping job and they performed very well. Edging is neatly and precisely secured with these very durable spike. No rust concerns over time. Great product.

I would recommend buying 12" galvanized spikes. for the same price. They would be much stronger than plastic.ones.
