The slots in the horizontal pieces where are you have to insert the vertical slats are so poorly engineered that it is impossible to fit the slats through. See pictures. The holes are not aligned from side to side so that the slay ends up going in at an angle. There is no way it can meet the holes in the next horizontal piece. If you have tried to put this together, you know what I’m talking about.
I called the company and I emailed them, send them photographs and explained the problem, and they send me more horizontal bars. A few of them were usable. I am sending back all three trellises, it was a waste of my time. It’s too bad because of the materials are nice and it’s this darn thing we’re together it would be really nice. Apparently they have no quality assurance department at this factory.

This item was a great deal for the price. Shipping was great. I ordered three units. The first one was a bit easier to put together. The second one was a challenge to put together. Their are five slats you need to insert through the other pieces and it was difficult pulling them through. Other than that, assembly was fairly easy. Looks good in its new spot.
Easy to assemble with help from tarp straps. Looks great when installed.

This should have been easy to assemble and I know how to put things together. Maybe this one was just not drilled correctly but I returned it as it was taking too much time. Should have been easy to build. Calls and emails to the manufacturer were not returned.
On a positive note the vinyl material was nice.

The design seems simple and easy to put together. WRONG! The holes that the cross pieces are supposed to go through were not
made large enough. I spent over an hour using a power drill to widen 90 opening to make the pieces fit.

I’m not gonna lie, these were a little difficult to put together, it took two of us. I have one suggestion, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, it got much easier after we did! Once together, they are very sturdy and very attractive! I highly recommend these trellises.
