Unfortunately, not E-Z to install. Despite the name, the sections were extremely difficult to attach together. The connector pieces insert into channels on the ends of the sections, but getting them in with the locking tabs engaged took a lot of work, even using lubricant to help. Creating a circular border (appx. 5' diameter) with the four included sections was challenging, particularly locking the last sections together. The material is fairly rigid plastic, not a flexible vinyl or rubber. Also, more spikes should be included, probably double the amount to sixteen. You really need two per connection point, one on either side of the connector, plus another one or two for each section. On the positive side, the connectors did a pretty good job of forming a circular shape, and overall the final result looked good. I planned for three circular borders, ended up getting two done, gave up on the third, and used the last set for a straight line border along some hedges. I was hoping for a better experience, given there are other, lower cost options.

I purchased this to frame a 600 ft section of artificial turf and a rockscape border along one side. I find the product so much more durable than the flexible stuff sold in coils at the store. The four foot sections are easily joined by the clips provided and require no tools as they simply snap into place. My layout required that I use the edging on two sides (half a rectangle) with the other two sides butting up against a cement slab. For the corner, I decided to make a mitre cut for a neat looking, professional right angled joint. I had one four foot section left over which I used as trim for the rockscape where it meets the concrete slab. I simply rotated it 90 degrees and nailed it direct to the concrete. This forms a nice tidy edge and helps prevent rocks from being knocked onto the slab. The only complaint I have is that two of the pieces had the joining holes incorrect and I could not use the clips. No problem however as I simply used a few 40D common nails to hold in place. There are spiraled stakes that come with the kit, but you will need more than provided. I placed them about 12 inches apart with a 40D common nail in between. Overkill perhaps. The stakes held in place nicely and were easily pounded into the ground with a rubber mallet.

I used this on my newly build patio. So far, so good, but I would have felt a lot more comfortable if the spikes provided were longer than 8". A minimum of a 10" or 12" spikes would be better. I hope I don't have problems in the future.

I was dreading to do the landscaping in my yard. I hate dealing with edging and find it painstakingly hard to do. With this product, it was fast, easy and looks wonderful. The only down fall to it is the price. It's expensive but hopefully I won't have to ever do it again. Looks very professional.

The nails that come with are shorter than the ones you buy separately. I highly recommend using the nails bought separately as the edging is very stiff to bend and the longer nails get better purchase on the soil. Dont plan on any tight turns in your layout. The min. radius for a 90 degree bend is about 10-12".

Most of the plastic spikes heads broke . Do not recomend , i had to spend extra on metal nails

awesome product easy to install

This heavy duty edging worked well for my application, which was to keep mulch from encroaching on concrete landings. My only concern is that there weren’t enough pegs for my application.

The product description mentioned around 3.5 inch assembled height. The delivered product was 1.5 inch in height. Like, really??? seriously??? My entire landscape exercise went for a toss due to this poor product and description. I am going to return it for sure in next 24 hours.

Product was as expected. Stakes were very easy to insert.

I am not sure what border they are promoting in the pictures showing the product installed, but it is not this border. A 1.5 inch tall border is not a good height for a border unless you are cutting your grass to a golf course height. Very poor quality as well.

The connectors were too big and I had to pare them down. Took me 45 minutes just to connect two sections! I have connected a few hundred feet of similar length sections without a problem. This is a horrible batch.

They are to ridge. Can not do a neat circle. Hard to join together ans extremely hard to cut

The EZ Connect Multipurpose No Dig Edging and Landscape Border was as described. It was easy to curve and the depth was perfect for my location. The only isse I have is the plastic spikes to hold it in place had weak heads. When pounding them in they broke off wihich was irritating because there was nothing to hold the edging in place.The connectors worked well.

Easy to install and the perfect height. Will order more soon.

I used this product to help shore up an ornamental wall in my yard. Not quite as flexible as I would have liked, hence only 4 stars, but it did the job. If you are going to use this product to form other than a straight line, you need to purchase an extra packet of stakes.

They look fantastic now that they’re in place! I would rate this as excellent but darn those pieces were hard to connect together - be ready with a bottle of vegetable oil to bread them up!

This was easy to install and completed the job neatly.

2nd time we bought this. My husband used for edging around Belgium blocks and stones when mowing lawn. He says it makes it easy when using with wedwacker. As we get older anything that help with this Weekly Job.
