Had to trim alittle, but other than that it fits nice

Was rolled up when shipped and has never laid flat since we put it down. Also, the cleats do not hold it in place on medium length carpet.

This chair mat is great quality: heavy material, and protects the carpet underneath without leaving any telltale sign that it was there. My chair slides easily on it.

Two problems with this mat. Gripping system does not hold mat still on carpet. Mat drifts to right with use and requires continual realignment by user. The mat is made of material that is too soft. After a short period of use, huge dimples are put into mat where the chair casters are. My mat that I replaced had neither of these problems.

Nothing remarkable one way or the other about this chair mat. However, it is the wrong size and too bulky to return. It was described as being 3' x 4'. It is instead 3' x 5', taking the length of the lip into consideration. This does not work, so the product will go to Goodwill, and we will not again shop with a company which cannot accurately describe its wares.
