I have been trying to purchase this item for a year from different companies. One company I bought from let me know that the delivery date was moved until early 2022. I canceled it on the spot. I had a "notification" from Home Depot and I jumped on it, even though it was more expensive. I was glad to buy through Home Depot Online because it is so easy to return items in the actual store. It is like having extra insurance if the product is a dud. Fortunately, this product is a winner! The Lunar fire bowl was delivered expeditiously by a professional company with a wonderful delivery man. It was on a crate wit h custom molded packing materials. All I needed to do was to hook up the 10 foot hose to my 20lb propane tank. The hose does not come out of the bottom of the bowl. The hose comes out of the bottom 'side' of the bowl on the side where you will find the gas switch and the igniter switch. I filled mine with 50 lbs of blue glass beads instead of the included lava rock and turned on the propane and hit the igniter switch and I had fire. From unpacking to fire it took maybe 10 minutes. The bowl is very large with a 12" circular, chrome burner. The flame is adjustable but I was impressed with the 18" flame and the heat it gave off. The bowl is made of high-strength concrete and is lighter than it looks. There are no "handholds" on each side, which is a plus for me, since I see those handholds on cheaper and less-sophisticated fire bowls. The cover is also high quality and comes with the bowl. It is a perfect fit and is made from a canvas type of material. So far I have not seen any nicks, scratches, cracks or soot on the fire bowl and I am betting that this will be a durable fire bowl for years to come. I will post pictures as soon as I can of this classy, sophisticated modern piece of art. GREAT product from Elementi and Home Depot!
