As you can see in the picture, this is a beautiful stainless steel sink. I have always thought that stainless steel meant very strong steel that doesn't bend and doesn't rust or discolor. That's not true with this sink. It is made from 22 ga. steel which is pretty thin. The industry has been moving to thinner steel sinks for many years and that's good and bad. The good part is they are a lot lighter and can be installed easier. Also it is cheaper to produce keeping the prices down. The down side is they are more fragile. More care is needed to keep the beautiful brushed shine on the surface and ensuring that you don't bend it (by not pushing too hard on the faucet handle or dropping iron skillets on it). The list provided on care and cleaning of your sink is full of "Do's" and "Don't" but most of it is common sense stuff. Installation is fairly easy. The provided instructions are simple and adequate. Cutting the hole in your counter top is the most critical part. 'Measure twice, cut once' is important here. The hardware is included and simple to use. You will have to provide your own calk. If you want a beautiful stainless steel sink, but don't want to spend a lot of money and are willing to put the effort into keeping your sink beautiful, this one is for you.

Mobile home sinks are hard to find a really expensive. This did the job, very light weight though and came with a few tiny dings on the edges. Knocked them out myself and got the job done for half the price of mobile home supplier.

The sink was perfect and the instructions easy to understand. However, not sure why it cannot include a drain trap. That was separate. You cannot have sink without one.

I just remodeled my kitchen of 22 years and this granite sink was just what I was looking for. I wanted something unique and different from every other sink out there. It's not shallow and I like the way I am able to have a little water in the sink or I can fill the water over the bowl divider and fill both sinks for a large pan. Once we had the sink installed as an undermount sink the bowls are more like 10.5" deep because of the thickness of the granite counters. The photos below are just after they installed the sink and countertops and before we were able to connect the drains. Also, I shopped multiple plumbing stores and online for this particular Elkay sink and I can honestly say that the price at Home Depot was excellent!! I also purchased the matching drain and flange from Elkay's website.

We like the fact that it is stainless steel, much easier to keep clean then my other sink both the sink wells are the same size, not like my other one with a small and large and I love that. Gives me the room for what I need to do. Fits great and looks good.

Haven't installed it yet. Waiting for plumper to come. Packaging could of had some fill inside to protect it more.

First of all don't even think of using the sink without the $50 insert because anything will scratch it. One thing I didn't realize is how deep it is had to have my drain pipe lowered to accommodate it. Also the bottom is flat so it's a little harder to wash food to the center of the drain. But It's a beautiful looking sink so would I buy it again, yes but just for the appearance if looks are not important to you I would choose another model.

Nice product for the money. Has a slightly water resistant finish so my hard water doesn’t leave spots if I don’t dry the sink with a towel.

The sink fit perfectly. I didn't have any issues.

The sink looks great installed. The only problem is that it’s scratched after only being used for a week. I’ve only put pots and dishes in it. Very disappointed.

Good looking and versatile- This bad baby looks so sharp and stylish in our kitchen, I decided to also get a new faucet and it’s so big that even out 11 year old wants to do dishes- if you kids you know. After reading the reviews ,we decided to wait for the hot water to get a cool before dumping in sink to avoid any issues but other than that happy with the purchase.

The Elkay Crosstown undercount sink is high quality and attractive. The 33-inch size is spacious but not so large as to look out of proportion to my 38-inch sink base cabinet and surrounding cabinets. I selected the heavier 16-gauge stainless steel version and am very pleased with its sound dampening. It’s only been in use for about one month but I don’t foresee any issues. My only surprise was that the drain included as part of the kit doesn’t accommodate a disposal. That information should have been more prominently stated. Fortunately, I had saved the old drain which the plumber was able to reuse. The cost to reposition the pipes for the offset drain was anticipated and well worth it. The offset design allows dirty pots and dishes to remain in the sink without blocking the drain. Plus, the disposal is now situated towards the back of the cabinet, freeing up more storage space under the sink.
