This product is no longer available on Home Depot but i'm hoping to get a response anyway. Heater is a great conversation piece. Doesn't put out much heat but works fine as long as you're near it. I bought 2 heaters, had both for just under 2 years and finally a fuse blew on 1. Not problem until i realized it was due to the heating lamp that blew out as well. Now i'm having a hard time finding replacement heating lamp/element. Lamp is in excellent condition, would hate to throw away for a simple issue as this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Need a parts center to order from

I would give this lamp 4 or even 5 stars except the fuse is not at all user replaceable. Ours lasted almost 3 years and we loved it! But two days ago it just stopped after about 30 minutes and we could not get it to turn on. Trouble shooting power and visually inspecting the heating element we realized it was the fuse. It has a plastic cap with a very shallow slot as if you could use a dime or screwdriver to twist it of and replace it. But not so! The heat from a blown fuse (or maybe just the lamp itself in normal operation) is apparently enough to melt and fuse the plastic fuse housing to the threads. The plastic is very, very soft so even slightly twisting with a screwdriver totally stripped it! I tried pliers and many other tools but the housing surrounding the fuse was welded to the plastic. I tried an old trick of heating the screw driver then creating a new, deeper slot in the plastic. That gave me excellent torque, but the entire housing rotated. I finally disassembled the entire lamp to get at the fuse from inside and it was totally melted from front to back. So no about of coaxing would have released it. And even with all parts of the fuse now exposed I could not work the pieces apart! At this point I had a piece of junk on my hands, so I removed the fuse by cutting it out to examine it closely under magnification. The fuse has a solid ceramic housing so I had to break it open to examine the metal fuse element inside. Indeed, it had melted so that it was a blown fuse. Endless Summer needs to fix this issue! They can't let a 30 cent piece of equipment ruin an almost $200 device!

Loved having this outside. Unfortunately it only lasted 2 months. Do not leave unattended. Ours died right after we smelled the fuse cover melting into an unremovable glob. Reported to Blue Rhino but never got a call back about getting it fixed under warranty. Luckily returning to the store was no hassle at all.

This product may be out of stock because they really shouldn't sell it. I've had two and they both just quit one night. Cost's more to repair with new heating unit than buying a new one. Can't see buying a new one every year. Good looking but not quality. Buy something else.

The lamp was red not cherry wood colored. It looked totally different than on the website. It was also surprisingly difficult to assemble. I returned it to the store.

Stopped working within one week. It was only used three times for thirty minutes each time.

These ( as we have three others- two tall another short) are not only beautiful in our garden / fireplace / farm table setting.., people always ask WHERE did we find them! So much better - functionally and aesthetically - than those other ugly towers!!! Thanks for continuing to supply these!!!

Assembly was a nightmare. Instructions were inadequate and I never could get it to stand flat due to central rod extending too far beyond base. I never bothered to plug it in and am returning it to store today.

Its a nice heater. Easy to assemble.

Used this for 2 weeks on the porch. Loved it until it broke! We also ordered a tall floor model. This works fine. The coil in the small one appears to have been stretched or huridly installed compared to the near coil in the tall lamp.

I use it nearly every day for myself and my two dogs. It is warming and allows me to continue to use my porch here in Maine into fall. Of course, wear a hat and coat, or wrap up in a blanket! This does not heat as if it were summer! I am very, very pleased with this addition to my quality of life.

must have been a return. was missing the wrench and all interior styrofoam packaging broken. after 3 hours of assembly could not overcome missing wrench needed to tighten top of unit to hold upright. so frustrated gave it to my neighbor’s kids for paintball practice.

Good looking heat lamp. Cool evenings takes the chill off. Very warm.

I bought this heater in Nov. of 2017. It is good looking and it warmed well. last night I was sitting next to it when the fuse area started smoking and flames were coming out. I would not recommend. The number that Home Depot has for the co. is a survey to make you buy sometHINg and iF YOU don't you are disconnected.Bear4

Looked great, good quality, however it only warmed you up if you were siting directly under it. I returned it.

This was defective. The center pole was 2 inches too long. This prevented this from standing in a stable position. Also said the cord was 6' long. But in reality it was 43" long. I returned this tabletop electric heater to Home Depot.

I cannot see this on my computer. This is the 2nd lamp I have had and absolutely love it but hope it lasts longer than the first one.

It was not easy to assemble

Very pleased with appearance and performance.

Very nice. This will extend our use of the deck in fall and spring.
