[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The energizer connect is a compact smart plug that fits right over your outlet. The instructions were easy to follow and the app was easy to install. I connected it on the top outlet connection and was still able to use the bottom outlet without a problem. I connected it to the coffee pot for now but we plan on using it for the outdoor Christmas lights so we can tell Alexa to turn on and off the lights without having to connect and disconnect them all the time.

The energizer connect is a compact smart plug that fits right over your outlet. The instructions were easy to follow and the app was easy to install. I connected it on the top outlet connection and was still able to use the bottom outlet without a problem. We bought for our Halloween Inflatables Characters so it could be easy to turn off . We also bought so we could use it for Christmas lights so we could turn it off and on with having to disconnect everytime.

It connected with my Amazon Alexa easily and my favorite feature is being able to turn the plug on and off remotely. I hooked my hair straightener up to this plug. And since I’m notorious for leaving it on all day, I can now check from work and make sure it gets turned off! Can’t wait to purchase more for other things in the house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. It is simple and efficient. I set it up to control a lamp. I like this so much better than a traditional timer, because even if I am not home and want to turn the light on, I can do it from the app on my phone. Definitely need to purchase a few more for other electronics around my home including a stand lamp in my basement.

I like the ability to track energy data. Scheduling was a cinch. Not sure how many of these I’d really want to pay to have in my house, but it seems to work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Energizer Smart Plug is perfect for anyone who wants a simple or entry level into making your household "smart" All you need is this plug and the app. I am using with with my family room light. Can set a timer for when it goes on and off. Can use a "on demand" feature for when your away from home. You can remotely with your phone turn the lamp on and off whenever you want. So it will seem like someone is home. Very cool product and so simple to use and setup.

As we upgrade the house more I will most likely be getting more of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use the timers plugs that you had to set up. This makes life much easier. I connected my entry table lap to it. In the winter time I can program it so it goes off right before I get in and I don't have to step in into door house. It is helpfull while on vacation, you ccan turn the light on and off at different times and no one will know that you are not home for a longer period of time. I'm planing to get another one for my christmas tree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little plug is great and has so many uses. Great if your away on vacation you can turn a lamp on or off remotely or set up a timer. Personally I got it for Christmas lights on the tree the plug is in the back corner and you have to crawl back there to plug it in, no longer an issue with this nifty device!. Easy to set up and very easy to use. Love this thing and highly recommend if your looking to control an outlet remotely.

Then it was even easier to link with my Alexa! I love the reset button on the side, if for some reason it needs reset you just push the button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This plug is easy to set up. The accompanying app is designed really well & has some good options to customize things. The plug works well and it’s nice to be able to turn on a lamp in the evening when we are away from home. My only complaint is that it’s pretty large and if it’s being used in a duplex outlet it partially blocks the other outlet. You also need a 2.4 ghz network that broadcasts separately to set this up. If your 2.4 and 5ghz network have the same name you will need to reconfigure things to get through the setup.

Once all set up works great, very convenient. Has a timer feature to turn on and off at set times and a meter to monitor usage. Really handy device. Can operate from anywhere.

I have my water fountain hooked to it so it runs on a timer and I don’t have to worry about plugging/unplugging it. Thanks energizer, great product!!

It’s been such a huge help with making sure I don’t leave mine and my family’s electronics on or even the lights! It’s crazy how much I love it. Especially with how busy our life has become with three young children.

I like to turn on the lamps together, but the plug is behind a sofa, so I've been using a floor switch which is awkward. Setup was simple and quick. I chose not to set up the lamps on a schedule, because they are used intermittently. But it''s real simple to have Alexa turn on the lights when I need them.

Most of mine turned on when I plugged them in. You could see a green light come on and start flashing. If it does not come on then push and hold the button and they turn on and start blinking. The blinking lets you know you are ready to connect it to your wifi. Once I had the app open I clicked to add one, and then I saw my wifi name right there ...enter password and in seconds you are set up. The directions leave something to be desired, but the app and items are user friendly enough that you can figure out what they want you to do. The set up was easy. Then I figured out how to set a timer....again easy to figure out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a variety of smart plugs in my house and I was pleasantly pleased with the performance of this plug. Not need a hub is a HUGE plus. My only reservation is I didn't like having to set up an account with the Energizer app in order to activate the plug. I'd prefer not to have yet ANOTHER login to remember.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this little guy, had no problem setting it up just make sure you are using 2.4 megahertz as opposed to 5. Super handy for table lamps or out of the way appliances. Definitely will buy more might as well make life as easy as possible!
