The 2-1/2 in. Chrome-Plated Rope Cleat (2-Pack) I bought in-store 6/2024 was from a shipment that should not have passed QA. There is a pronounced burr on what should be the flush mounting surface (photo). This prevents secure & solid mounting. One can feel the burr with fingernail through shrink packaging, so inspect before purchase.

The cleats themselves were nice, the hardware is kinda cheaper and doesn't really match the chrome.

Quick find at a great price, free shopping and I'm sold!

Used them to tie down low garden tunnel onto raised garden bed, using clothesline. They were bigh enough to wrap two different lines.

Just what I was looking for.

The cleats are well-made and seem strong. The screws that come in the package are very short, so I had to buy longer screws. The shrink wrapped packaging is a headache to remove.

Good price for a 2 pack rope cleat. Great for tying back blinds cords.
