Received the system promptly, very easy to install. The color coded lines and color User Guide where very helpful. I can't wait to start using it, no more having to buy bottled water.

I recently purchased Express Water Reverse Osmosis Alkaline Water Filtration System – 10 Stage RO Water Filter System with Faucet and Tank – Under Sink Water Filter – includes Alkaline Water Filter for Mineral, pH, and Antioxidant enhancements – 100 GPD. I have a few issues with this order: 1. Many connections that the system came with - The stem Run Tee after PAC filter, Stem elbow after the Alkaline filter, the connection to the drain flow restrictor were all loose even with the locking clips. As soon as I installed the system, water started leaking from many different places. It took me hours to get this fixed. Also, later I figured out that the stem run tee and the stem elbow were bad and I had to go an buy the parts separately. Only after installing the two leaking stopped. 2. After installation, I made sure to flush the system, including the tank, for about 5-6 times (The manual recommends flushing it for 2-3 times). Now it's been more than a week since I am using it and I measured the TDS of the water on my TDS meter and it is always more than 75 or 80, 75-80 being the minimum it had gone once. The TDS of my main connection is not really that high, it's around 200. So, to get 75-80 for a water that's 200 is more. I have tried a couple of other meters from my friends and they measure around the same reading. I have cross checked to made sure that the TDS meters are okay. I even got a portable RO system from one of my friend where you have to fill in the water reservoir everytime. With that machine, when I tried the water from my house, the TDS was in the range of 25-35. That got me to think if something is wrong with my Express Water RO system. I have already made the connections before I could test the water coming out of it.

Worth every penny. Did my shopping and this system is exceptionally well designed. The installation process is easy to understand and clearly thought out. I would buy this product again.

The Unit works great

The system is very well thought out, including differently sized fittings, plenty of tubing, and extra parts. It was very easy to install and the water pressure from the system is great (fill a 12-oz glass in 3 seconds). The water also tastes great.

this was easy to install. Lack of space under my sink made me design a "rack" in my basement directly below the sink to mount the filter unit. With that built it has made all the filters right out in the open and when it comes time to change them the is no crouching or cramped undersink cabinet to do that in. water taste is amazing. It tastes like nothing which in my opinion is exactly what water is supposed to taste like.

We are a family of four, this is all we use when we need to use water for consumption. Our water without the system always smells of chemicals (chlorine) and we just can't stomache drinking it.. We don't like using the water in rooms other than the kitchen to brush our teeth or even take a shower as the smell and taste of the water without the system can be unbearable. We recently have purchased a shower head filtration system to help in the bathroom while taking showers. We feel confident that the water is clean and free of chemicals with this system. We have only had to tighten one of the filter casings once as it started to leak over time. We have had it about 6 months now and may have to change some of the filters , but the water flow is still substantial and it continues to work as intended.

RO systems aren't cheap but they are a great investment. They will save you money over time and could be a great boost to your health. Plus, the benefit of not having to leave your house for clean water during a pandemic can't be overstated.

I bought this because it was alkaline. I installed it and did a test to check the alkalinity. Everything in the test confirmed that it was working. It's an excellent product.

The faucet that comes with the order fits my kitchen's aesthetic which is a nice little bonus. Honestly, the water quality is so good that it would've even made an ugly faucet worth it.

The package arrived in excellent condition and the contents within performed up to expectations.

The only problem I have with the product is the lack of a UV bulb. I live in a big city, so I probably won't need it but I'd like it anyway. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Despite that, this product is still the complete package. And it features the ability to be upgraded. I can simply order a couple parts and a UV bulb and add it onto the system. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but it should be a relatively cheap and easy project. For now, my water is still delicious and healthy.

The kids and I both agree that the water tastes better now. My husband doesn't think so, but whatever I think' he's still salty since he had to install the thing. We're satistfied

So much better than my previous systems that I've owned in the past.

Quick shipping, which was much appreciated. My previous system died and I had no means to acquire clean water other than going to the store. It's not far... but it was an inconvenience the last couple days. Thankfully, I can get clean water from my own kitchen again. Especially since installation was so quick as well.

Pure RO water with 0 TDS can feel a bit strange down the throate, the alkaline add-on makes a world of difference.
