Easy to install and great quality and taste!!

It was an easy install, water taste better than bottled. Its only been few months for household of two so can't give feedback on filter costs or changing these. But so far we are very happy with tge unit.

Super Duper happy. Had to call the company to get a polished nickel faucet and they were quick to replace the shiny one that came with the system. Water just tastes great !!

Only complaint I have is the manual included was for the basic unit. I had to guess how to connect the options I choose but that’s not really that hard. System itself is awesome and it’s quite. I’m on a well by a river and have to deal with tannins in my water. This system eliminates that and gives me clean clear tasty water from the faucet or the fridge door.

We have horrible water here in Mesa, AZ. the hard minerals in it makes it like chewing rocks while drinking your water. This system has taken all of the harness and disgusting taste away. Manual says the filters last 6 months, we shall see.

I am very satisfied with my new water softener

After doing hours of research, I settled on the ExpressWater brand for an under sink reverse osmosis filtration system. My home has well water that is disgusting and this system has subsequently resolved the water quality issues and I no longer purchase bottled water! The installation process took a bit longer than estimated, but the how-to guides and online videos that ExpressWater provides make a slightly intimidating plumbing project achievable for even less experienced home diy-ers. One word of caution, be sure that the water cartridges are all secured tightly and threaded properly... I made this mistake on the first attempt and had water spewing from several locations in the system. I was able to promptly shut the water off and resolve the issue relatively quickly, but needed a few towels to assist in cleanup. So far, I've had this system installed for 7 months and could not be happier. I will need to replace several of the cartridges soon, but have no concerns that the process will be smooth and simple. If you are debating which system to purchase, I couldn't recommend ExpressWater more highly!

The installation was easy with vivid step by step illustrations. There was a required draining of tank that took about 4 hours each drain(3) before we could drink the water but the final results were great tasting water results.

Excellent system. We've noticed such an improvement in our water over an older Watts system. Water is clean and clear, great tasting, unlike before. Easy to install. Highly recommend.
