Replacement for the same unit in which the thermostat had failed. Easy to install and works great.

Piece of crap installed turned on ran for two minutes and never did get it to work again. Home Depot should can this thing it is garbage And the return page doesn't work so now i have junk in my garage that I cannot return thanks to Covid Merry Christmas to me !!!!!!

Have not yet installed. Ordered as a replacement for same model. Smaller than my heater. Size stated on line is the actual outside dimension of the heater not the rough-in size. My rough-in is same as the outside of this heater, therefore this heater is to small. Description needs to be more specific.

Easy to install and good heat

Product Fair. Customer Support Excellent. First unit was missing a part. Called customer support and they immediately sent me the missing part for free. Then after I installed the heater, it shorted out the circuit several times. Called customer support and described the problem. They asked a few questions and determined the unit was defective. Advised me to return the heater and get another unit. Second heater doesn’t blow the circuit. Just have to wait now to see if it can heat an 8x10 shed.

Very efficient, easy to install - my only observation is the fan seems to be a bit underpowered - it takes a few minutes to warm up.

It worked just fine for a small bathroom remodel. I am happy with the product.

It puts out very adequate heat for our bathroom.

This was a replacement for the original one since my house was built in 1999 a little modification to the sheet rock wall size but at the end of the day all satisfied.

I bought this replace another of the same model that I had before that one broke after only a year and a half. Simple swap out. It works well though and does a good job of heating the bathroom. If this one stops working in less than two years like the other, I'll switch but it's good for now

Second one purchased for a small bath. Runs for 20 seconds and thermostat shuts off.

Bought 4 of these. 2 of them were damaged although brand new. Cost us a lot of extra time to have to exchange them and then reinstall. Terrible manufacturer
