The lights wee ready for installation upon arrival. All were undamaged and in working order.

The brightness was the right one for our kitchen.

Two of the installed fixtures literally burned up after about two weeks of use. This was not an installation issue, the internal circuitry burned and melted the housing. Fortunately, they were in an existing metal downlight can otherwise the results could have been catastrophic.

Estimated lifespan 45.7 years at 3hrs/day. (Approx 50,000hrs) I installed 19 of these in my basement remodel. 2 have failed in less than a year. Assuming 24hr/day use (8760 hours of use), they are failing in less than a 1/5 of the time. In reality, since they likely get 3hrs/day of use, 2 have failed in approx 1000 hrs of use. So far, 10% of my bulbs, have failed 50x sooner than expected. Home Depot sent a replacement for the first failure, and am working on the second, but it's frustrating...

Way too bright for what we needed. Will return them for the softer light. Over all easy to install and look nice.

Well made, bright, and the light color I was looking for ('daylight'). Only negative is that they make a slight semi-high-pitched humming sound. I put six in one room and it is not loud but also not hard to hear. I don't need the lights very often, so I'm not going to the trouble to return, but I'll go with another brand next time.

The extended length was about 1/4” too short for my application but I got it to work.
