Hi Tyler. As I expressed to you yesterday, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product. You confirmed that you inspected the material and chose to install it. I would advise you again, to have another plumber give you an opinion. If the system was installed correctly there will be no issue with the surround being watertight and you should be able to use the shower for years to come.

Hi Rob. We wish you were having a better experience with your Calacatta White Elite Tub surround. The adhesive should not be separating from the panel. If you would like, you can give us a call at 877-941-3662 and we can take a look at what it going on. The surround does have a 10 year warranty on the material from the purchase date, so if it is failing we need to take a look and see if you need new material.
