Installation was really easy using my own drywall anchors and included screws. As soon as I moved the ring up to add towel, the plastic snapped and the ring kind of hangs in there. I unboxed second piece and moved it just a little bit, snapped again. Well, that's not a coincidence. I will buy different brand and return this junk to the store. The O-ring is too tight and plastic cap too thin.

Does not mount to the wall. So loose. Wish I had read the other reviews first. I hope you dont waste your money.

The towel ring looks fine (it’s $10, don’t expect high end) and was fairly easy to install, but I am not happy with how loose it is after mounting. If you touch it, the actual mounting part slides around and pulls away from the wall. I have tightened the useless tint screw as much as it will go, but it doesn’t make much difference. It looks and feels like it’s going to fall off the wall every time you dry your hands. It will do for a short time since I just bought the house, but when it gets to the point when I’m having people over I am going to replace it. It looks nice at first, but once you touch it the moving around makes it look and feel cheap and poorly installed.

Very plain and not terribly sturdy but it does the job in a lightly used bathroom. Easy to install and does the job inexpensively. It feels a little flimsy but I just installed it so don't know how it will hold up.

This was so easy to install. Looks great in our guest bathroom.

Towel holder looks nice, is priced fairly, and is pretty easy to install.

Returned and exchanged for a different style, nothing negative about this product, just decided with a different style

The base does attach securely to the wall mounted bracket. The pin does not screw in enough so the base wobbles and slides left and right. I'm absolutely amazed this product made it to the shelves. Would highly recommend avoiding this product.

I'll be returning it to the store. The bracket doesn't hold the towel ring. Terrible product

Based on the horrible installation reviews, I actually installed this on a piece of wood before I attempted it on my wall. The problem is the set screw is not an Allen wrench head. Which is what is stated in the instructional video. The instructions on the box is pitiful. You need the smallest 1/8 of an inch flathead screwdriver or bit to install the set screw. If yours is wobbly it's because the set screw is not tight enough. If they had included a wrench there would be no problem.

Hook is great just the right size

After 5 years the little rubber gromets holding the ring in place failed so we bought another one and took the little gromets out of it. Low quality, not built to last. But relatively quick and easy to install and cheap to purchase.
