Nailed dat floor

Although I lack experience , this nailer did the job for my 1/2 " bamboo hardwood flooring. I am happy with it and my work

Nail gun did not go thru stranded bamboo as advertised. I returned it.

This flooring nailer worked perfect on my 3/8 engineered plywood flooring.

The floor nailer worked flawlessly. It was fully assembled when it arrived, I just had to put the correct plate on to match the flooring. I had no jam ups even after installing over 500 sq. ft. of 3/4 inch hardwood. I was a first time user and after just a few nails it was easy to get a feel on how hard to strike the nailer.

Easily adjusted to set nail position. Works very well at a good value.

We used this nailer to put down a 1/2 inch engineered floor, 650 sq ft. Worked perfectly. Best pressure for this floor was 75 psi with a light swing. took about 10 practice nails to get pressure and swing right.

I ordered 2000 sq. ft. of solid bamboo, and though I only intend to install a small portion during the first stage of remodel, I didn't want to rent a nailer. I found this nailer online at what seemed to be a very good price, and after reading the reviews, decided to take the chance. It arrived exactly on time, and it included extra pads so that the nailer can accommodate all flooring thicknesses. The instructions were sufficient for someone who has never used a nailer before. I installed 180 sq. ft. of flooring without a single issue, misfire, or jam.

Put down 500 sq.ft. of hybrid bamboo flooring. Added 2-3 drops of oil each time I added nails and it worked flawlessly. As with all flooring nailers, you have to be very careful with the nailer alignment.

Used it to install bamboo flooring and was easy to use.

After reading reviews of the various 18g flooring nailers, I decided to purchase this nailer to install 500 sq ft of Brazilian teak. Nailer worked flawlessly through 6000+ cleats shot into the flooring tongues. This nailer is well constructed and can be used for a variety of flooring types. This nailer consistently set the cleats properly, and no mis-fires or jammed nails. A few drops of oil before each session, and you're set to install some flooring. One of the few tools I have purchased that includes a seven year warranty!

The foot plate was warped so we had to heat it up and luckily get it flat enough to use

Not many women are excited to purchase a hardwood flooring nailer. I couldn't wait to try it and have yet to be disappointed with it. Easy to use, easy to set up, easy to install the nails, lightweight, and does a great job. Would highly recommend the product.

After much research into 18g floor nailers I chose this product based upon price, reviews, warranty and that I could get it through Home Depot. Fast delivery and the tool worked great. I put down 450 sq. ft. of bamboo with no problems or misfires. Next project, 1000 sq. ft. of hardwood. Bring it on!

Put down about 400 square feet of pre-finished acacia. The nailer didn't jam and had occasional, but minimal splitting on the tongues of some extra dense boards. The only thing that you need to be careful of is that the nailer has a second lip that may lock onto the edge of the board. This will cause you to put a nail into the face of the board - pay attention and make sure that the well marked arrow is where you want it to be - on the tongue!

I wish the size of the product could be made slightly different to allow it to be used closer to the wall area in both the starting point and where you need to complete the flooring in the ending process. It works very well and I am SO GREAT-FULL that the store clerk assigned to help me knew so much about your product and what I needed to install my flooring. The first nailer arrived with a leak but fired well. Called Freeman 800 number they sent a replacement (new) right away with a return label included for shipping defective one back to them-free shipping both ways as it should. The new gun arrived in 3 days. Did not jam once though only fired 150 so far. The depth of cleat depends on both air pressure and hammering force. After a few firing and adjustments, the nailing was neat and consistent. Freeman's customer service was really excellent. 5 stars! Don't return to store as indicated in a card within the package--Call Freeman instead if there is any issue.

I purchased this nailer for three reasons. 1. It is recommended for exotic hardwoods and stranded bamboo (I was laying stranded bamboo) 2. It is half the price of other similar nailers on the market 3. It was cheaper than renting. Just with the three above reasons it was worth the money, but what made this an excellent value for me was the quality of the nailer. Everything form the 3/8" to 3/4" wood thickness flexibility, fiberglass mallet, light weight and overall appearance, not to mention its out of the box safe to use on pre-finished floors. Simply a great value! Worked like a champ on a small kitchen and dining room, couldn't ask for more!
