[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, been very happy with the fridge, ala the chill box. After having an amana for the last 8 years, and without a fixable solution, due to the lower freezer design, our family switched back to the upper freezer design. Now we have more room, great chillin in every section of the fridge. Fantastic cubby design with strong weight capacity on door storage, in addition, to the deli storage section which is a great extra. The exterior is impressive. Cool steel design, clean lines, easy to open doors with no handles. In addition, easy controls and use of nobs and levers. Its been a month and so far we are super satisfied with the quality, easy of use, cleanliness and storage capacity.

I wish I could give this zero stars. We have owned this refrigerator for 6 days. IT STOPPED WORKING 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. Now we are struggling to make actual contact with someone from Frigidaire to fix it or -- what I really want -- refund this purchase. We will warn our friends not to buy a Frigidaire.

It's run well, although it did need to be defrosted once when there was an excess of humidity in the freezer. (Perfectly understandable in a house without central air in a very humid season) My one complaint in the quality of the plastic shelves. To be fair, we are a large farming family and use our fridge heavily. However, we were being careful not to overload the shelves Unfortunately the Deli Drawer and bottom shelf on the door have already cracked. The deli drawer was when I was opening it normally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was somewhat skeptical of ordering a refrigerator online and not seeing it in person. I ordered the Frigidaire in Stainless Steel, model # FFTR2045VS. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The Frigidaire does not take up as much room as my old refrigerator but has more room inside for storage. The door allow plenty of room for storage. The bins in the door will hold a gallon of milk, two liters, juice, tea, or a gallon of water. The refrigerator is much better organized. The refrigerator has a deli drawer that is fantastic. The drawer itself gives extra space to use when in other refrigerators would just have unusable space. It has two crisper drawers for fruits and vegetables that are a good size to meet my needs. The cooling seems to be even everywhere which includes no freezing on the top shelf of the refrigerator! The items stored in the door stay just as cool as the shelf items. The freezer is spacious with plenty of door space. The freezer works well with keeping all items properly frozen. The glass shelf in the freezer and the ones in the refrigerator are well designed and look sleek. The lighting is bright and you can clearly see what is in both the freezer and refrigerator. I did also order an ice-maker. The ice-maker is slim and takes less of the freezer space. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Anyone who has grandma's old refrigerator in the garage will be infuriated to hear of a NEW refrigerator developing cracks in the interior in less than a year. Frigidaire has the nerve to call this a cosmetic defect! Will never buy another Frigidaire product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new refrig. Make sure the SEAL on the Frigidaire freezer door is straight. The seal on my freezer door is CROOKED! Very distracting as those who have seen my new frigerator make a comment about the seal being crooked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer took some space from Space normally given to the bottom refrigerator, but there are multiple choices to more your freezer & frig racks. Frig is large & deep with long shelves. I used my own containers (note little one on the left in middle) to segregate certain items specifically, however, you get 2 bottom drawers and a roomy middle cheese & sandwich slider drawer. My complaint is lack of a brighter light for fridge, so I may bump up bulbs. Because of the straight shelving, I think circulation of the air is well improved, and I find that both freezer and fridge are very cool and true to the settings, if not even cooler than the normal settings. I highly recommend this fridge for a great economical buy. Deep side door shelving is excellent!

Shelving is deep, giving more room, but only one light, so for me with vision issues, makes things a little harder to find.. my old fridge was 18 yo so it had an air grill @ front & bottom of door, this one doesn't, so it's always hitting my toes.. ouch.. Lol.. But it cools very nicely & I can keep it @ recommended temp. settings. Overall so far it's a nice refrigerator..

It somehow breaks the laws of physics and has way more space inside than my old refrigerator, while still being the same size outside. The full size deli door is great. The door shelves are fantastic. The only negative is that it is not the quietest refrigerator on the block. It makes some weird noises, but I can live with it. I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted a larger refrigerator but my space won't allow. This was a nice fit and I really liked the large meat and cheese drawer. 20 cubit ft and roomy. The reason it's 4 stars is because if the door is shut alittle harder the freezer door bounces open and closes, however once it did not. Perhaps the seal hadn't fully expanded, I will keep an eye on it as I bought the extended warranty also. Icemake had to be purchased separately, and ice is smaller than what I am used to but it's growing on me. No option to make ice larger.
