Hopefully this one lasts 21 years like the other one. Frigidaire has been a great investment for our family. We appreciate the quality and we can count on the dependability.

Fridgedaire dishwasher model #FFID2426TB. Bought Dec. 2020 with 3 year protection plan. 5-star cust. Svc./delivery. Plastic on control panel melted and became hard. The lower spray arm tip melted. Fixed both under plan. Plan expired, element warped & touched bottom of tub; made a hole. Water leaked onto floor under flooring. Thank God we were awake and stopped unit each time w/o a fire. Fridgedaire refers to expired warranty/plan, refuse all except order parts & we pay.

Important to me: not too expensive, hidden controls, quiet, lots of space to customize how I add dishes. I've had it about 10 months with no issues. It is consistent and works well.

Control panel lights started blinking. I spent hours trying to do DIY to solve this. The technician said it was a faulty control panel or the mother board; at least $300 in repairs. This product was only 15 months old. Frigidaire was useless standing by their one year limited warranty despite it being a faulty part. I'm avoiding this brand for life. Scamming consumers and their hard earned money for junk that cannot even last five years.

After only 3 years of light use the control panel blew. I won’t be replacing it with a Frigidaire!

The first big issue I had with this dishwasher was the plastic nut inside the dishwasher was not tied and water leaked all over my floors. Now the start button is not working anymore since the plastic on the control panel cracked and broke. The replacement panel is about $330 online. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the dishwasher! We choose Frigidaire because of owning their past appliances, reputation and being in business for decades. The inside has a lot more room than my old 20 some year old, now trashed one! I wasn't for sure I would like the controls on the top of door, but I love that feature....makes the front so clean looking not seeing a control panel. Take a look at pics!

I only had this dishwasher for a month that came with my new house. I liked it's quietness and thought it seemed efficient but lately began to notice that it wasn't cleaning my dishes that well, smelled unclean after cycles, and left a strange green greasy grime on the bottom inside of the door. I believe it was this that made the bristles of a scrub brush turn green, and may have been what made me very recently ill.

I have to actually listen to see if it is done yet. It was also a great value for the price. I am very happy with it and I love the cup shelves on each side.

The washing is also really good quality I haven’t had instances where a dish came out dirty after the wash (which was the problem with last dishwasher). I would highly recommend product.

I was able to remove the old one and install the new one. Before you purchase one. Just make sure to measure your old dishwasher and compare those to the new. Don’t want to get a surprise it doesn’t fit when you inbox it. These dishwashers have adjustments for height but not width.

All of my mom's appliances in our home were Frigidaire when I was a kid. When I moved into my current home several years ago, all of the appliances were Frigidaire except the dishwasher. Wouldn't you know it, the off-brand dishwasher went out and had been leaking water underneath. Needless to say, I knew specifically what brand of dishwasher I was going to buy. Now my fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher all match and I couldn't be happier!
