I had my roof done over a month ago and have been waiting for a good rain day or storm that show me how well the new shingles were working. It’s been pretty dry but the one storm we did have stopped the water stains that were starting on my ceilings from getting any worse and no new stains are apparent. Yes, I’m going to be touching up my ceilings now with paint because I feel I was given an honest estimate for my roof replacement by Werner Roofing and there won’t be any more. We still need lots of rain here.

I just recently had my entire roof replaced with GAF timberline HD Z products. As far as the product goes it sells I wasn’t happy with the quality of the material delivered to my job one pallet was almost 10 months old down here in Florida where they’ve been going through shingles like hotcakes I found it very odd that I had a damaged pallet of the old looking shingles that look like they had been restocked. It appeared and this just wasn’t my opinion this is one of the roofers opinion that they may have been stocked on the roof and then re-put on a pallet take them back to the warehouse and sold to me. This particular pallet the shingles were somewhat sticking together brittle and had cracks in them to where you could see they had been bent. In my opinion on a product that I’m paying over $20,000 more I should get the best materials that I can get an additional ticket which circumstance I got inferior product. I wanted GAF involved from the beginning to review this material but it was determined by the Roofing Company, no surprise, to move forward with this material. The finished product overall looks great the flat surfaces the valleys are phenomenal however the ridge cap covers look horrendous. They use these perforated Tear A Part shingles and it leaves fiberglass threads hanging out the side and you can see it all up and down the sides of the peaks… not to mention whoever did the installation should stick to cleaning up instead of actually trying to put shingles on a roof. The supervisor even said in front of me that he’ll have to speak to that crew about not letting that particular person do that any longer. I was not satisfied with the finished product on those peaks but I was forced to except it. Overall I would use GAF again it’s all about the installation in my opinion and the quality of the product that You start with. I have even requested that a GAF field representative to come out and take a look at this cause it looks horrendous. So these ridge cap shingles come pre-perforated to save time however what happens is these guys try to rip more than one at a time and you get this type of crappy looking material. To solve this issue they just need to slice on the perforations. The contractor came back with scissors and tried to cut the threads and it did nothing. Overall I would use this product again you just have to stay on top of your roofing contractor to make sure you get good quality material and that it’s installed properly.

We had hail damage. They worked with us and insurance company. Installed our new roof with utmost professionalism. Kept us informed on products, installation, extra issues that came up and cost. Would highly recommend this company. They did a beautiful job! 10 out of 10

I am extremely happy with the product GAF Shingles.

Roof looks nice except for the Ridge cap shingles do not have crisp edges like what’s on your paperwork. The installer said the edges always look jagged not crisp like the brochure photo. Cosmetic only I’m sure but we were expecting the look that is on that brochure.

Our old roof was faded grey with algae streams. The siding, which is grey, actually looked like a powder blue. From the day we moved in, I knew we needed a new charcoal black roof. Couldn't be happier.

Maxwell did an excellent job explaining all the products he was going to use on our roof. His crew did an excellent job installing everything. We’re so Happy with the Awesome Job !

We just replaced my roof and it is beautiful. Wonderful color and contrast to the older roofs on my street. We love it and the job our Team did for us on the Certified Install. They had one of the hottest day and the poorest air quality day to work. The Canadian Forest Fires made the air very bad that day, and they completed the beautiful job. We are very Happy.

They did an awesome job. Very clean. Very neat and they did a tear off and replace in one day. I needed to replace it because I was selling my home and I wanted a good quality roof. It should last someone a lifetime . I was impressed that they were able to do that in one day. You could tell that the crew had been working together for a while . The people that affordable roofing didn't amazing job. I would definitely recommend and use them again

I replaced my roof a month ago and these shingles are beautiful. The contrast is amazing, and the shingles really enhanced the look of my house.

I replaced my roof 3 months ago and the roof still looks horrible. The tiles have lifted up. (see pictures). The color does not match across the whole roof (see pictures)

Roof It Right did a great job on our reroof project. The project estimator Andy thoroughly presented our options. The initial quote was very reasonable. We needed to get the project completed before our current insurance company homeowner's policy ended. Roof It Right did the job when they said they would. It took about 3 days on a 2400 sq. ft. house. The crew was a hard working group of about 6 men. They cleaned up every day very well. The new roof looks fantastic and should last for 25 years. My neighbors were impressed as well.

I knew I needed a roof. I installed the one existing years ago when I was much younger. I found PARoofers and I am glad I did. In two days all my roofs were completely finished. I personally watched their progress and how they went about their jobs. I was very impressed at their ability’s to work even though it was very cold outside. They preformed all the necessary steps to repair any damaged wood after removing old shingles. Put down the tiger paw, and installed the new shingles starter strips and the entire system. Put new boots on all the pipes. They also flashed chimneys and sidewalls. And to top it all off did it at a more that reasonable price. I would highly recommend these folks. They cleaned up and left me with nothing to do. Glad I did not try it myself

Roof completed today . Thunderstorms this morning and it pasted leak test! Marcos and his team did a fantastic job.

The day after I called for an estimate a leak came through my ceiling. My old roof had looked bad and now I knew for sure it really needed replaced. The New roof looks amazing, really increased the value and presentation of our home. And no more leaks. The warranty really gives me peace of mind that I will not be having any more problems in the years to come.

Just had my roof replaced and now I have peace of mind that I won't be awaken in the middle of the night with the sound of water coming in.

It was installed less than a week ago so it is hard to say much except it looks fantastic! When I asked the crew foreman about this particular Shingle he expressed beyond a doubt that this is a premium Shingle with superior qualities expected in a roofing shingle.

Great job and used great materials. Hope this roof lasts 50 years.
