Control Panel
Would give a 5 star rating, but you cannot see the digital control panel unless you use a flashlight. Even in the daytime.

    Does the job
    Bought this as a replacement to a more expensive microwave. It does what it's supposed to and then some. I'm a big smart home guy so I love the Alexa capabilities.

              I love the fact I can turn the click screen off. I hate how soo many clocks exist in the kitchen. It connected to my Internet fast and the buttons are intuitive.

                      I have only had this microwave for two weeks and I am already having problems with the door. It must be opened and closed multiple times before the oven will operate. Also, the current app does not offer the scan menu feature. It was very difficult to set up WIFI and Alexa. I would not recommend this microwave to friends of family.

                                      WiFi enabled is a useless function. Microwave works, but not very powerful. You have to cook items much longer than you would think.

                                        My wife and I previously had a larger capacity microwave. This model has a very nice size (smaller than prior unit) yet does a very good job heating items. The display panel is logical and easy to use.

                                                We purchased this to replace our old unit and chose it because of it’s smaller size. It’s very easy to use, doesn’t take up a lot of space on our counter and is big enough to do everything we need. I also like how it looks and the white interior.

                                                    I loved this microwave because it was small and powerful for its size at 900w however once I tried it. It was extra loud, even louder than my old 1200w I was trying to replace. I thought I could oversee that flaw and get use to it. I kept it for a week and one day when I was warming something up for about 3min and 30 seconds it just stopped working. We recently did electrical rewiring so that wasn’t the problem. Anyway I thought it would be ok after it cooled. Never again did the microwave turn on. I ended up returning it for a refund and I’m continuing to use my 1200w
