The short: Very confusing manual No video instructional support Without guidance, difficult to select appropriate wash cycle options I figure how to turn off the beeping, but it just comes back The long: Seems like a decent dishwasher, but I've had it for a month now and still can't figure out how to use it. The instruction manual makes little sense as they give directions for several models with different features and control schemes, do a poor job of identifying what the lights indicate, and don't differentiate the controls for the top control versus the front control of the models they bundle. It just makes a cluttered mess. I searched online for a manual or a video because its 2020 and there's really no excuse for something so costly and complicated as an appliance not to have a video from the manufacturer on how to use it, or at the very least dedicated instructions to each model. But alas no tutorial, even from other consumers. And to make matters worse, the easiest appliance to break in a kitchen is a dishwasher, from poor loads to opening the door when the device isn't done yet and so clear instructions on how to use it is crucial in extending the products life. So now I have a dishwasher that constantly beeps and works how it wants to. Me: Dishwasher, give me that one-hour cycle. Dishwasher: Oh (beep). Sorry boss, but its gonna be at least 250 fifty (beep) minutes before I can you a plate for that pizza. Just hand eat that (beep) Me: 'rolling up sleeves and getting started with the handwash' Dishwasher: (beep)

I like my new dishwasher, the only thing I wish the controls were up top so that my 18 month old grandson can’t push the controls. Other then that it’s great.

I am very happy with this model. Not overly loud. Wash seems to be good. No spots on the dishes. I wanted a stainless steel tall tub but went with the plastic tub to help with price. So far so good. Some of the bad reviews almost made me not any to purchase this model. However to be fair this machine is for weekly use not necessarily for daily use. I did the install personally so I am happy with the ease it took.

Has a horrible plastic smell that will not go away. It also pools water on the bottom that isn’t draining

The black is so beautiful and sleek.. I was afraid it wouldn't fit in my old dishwasher spot because the old one had been there since 1983. The new one fits PERFECT! It's quiet. It has so many bells and whistles that I had to ask how to tell when it's finished - lol! It's so black that at first glance, I always think "what is that Black hole in the kitchen". I had to get used to it.

the dishwasher is awesome compared to our old builder's grade one that came with the house. I installed in myself but ran into a problem. Don't know if I caused it or it was messed up before me. I hand started the adaptor fitting you have to buy to hook up the water line. Never been a fan of Garden Hose threads, especially plastic, and this experience didn't make it any better. I couldn't get it to not leak at that connection. I pulled it back out and removed the water valve and sure enough the first 3 threads 22

I wanted to love this dishwasher because the one it was replacing was over 15 years old. Not only did it take almost three hours for them to install the dishwasher but I suspect that it was improperly installed. The washer door feels like there is a slight gap on the left side and I noticed about a week ago that it was leaking water on my floor mid-cycle. I have run the washer without anything inside and it still leaks about 3 tablespoons of water every time. I am angry -- I tried contacting GE support and they did not respond to chats, emails, or phone calls. I want someone to fix this because it is a brand new dishwasher and still under warranty. I should not have a new appliance that works worse than my 15 year old replaced one. Extremely disappointed.

We absolutely dislike the dishwasher. Second week in the top rack broke we are still waiting for a repair part to fix it. I don’t recommend this product.

We've had this dishwasher for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. So many great features and cleans my dirty, greasy pans better than any other dishwasher I've had! Plus it looks great and gos with all my other GE appliances.

Easy to use. Easy to Install. No problem. No complaints!

I've only used it once, but it's quiet. I do have a problem with the silver ware caddy rubbing on the rubber seal. I have attached pictures showing this, it does pull the seal out as it rubs. I can either place the caddy in the rack or maybe bend the rack inward, I haven't decided yet what I'll do. It's unfortunate but this is a flaw I've found and I know this something you would want to know. I think I'm using it correctly, sorry for the bad news.

This dishwasher is great! It thoroughly cleans everything even when packed tightly. The only negative is that the stainless steel is highly prone to get fingerprint stains and other dirt. It's not very easy to keep clean.

It has a large silverware holder, large upper adjustable rack, each installation, average running noise, looks great, has features of a higher price dishwasher

Works well. Easy directions. But we need to decide which setting is best for us!

I have only had this dishwasher a short time, but I love it. It has so much room compaired to my old one. I run out of dishes before I have a full load. Energy rating very good.

This is the nicest dishwasher that I have ever owned. The features and settings are easy to understand. I was surprised at how sensitive the features are when I found out that the dishwasher would not start when a spoon was touching the inner wall.

I usually hand wash because most dishwashers fail to get the job done, BUT BUT... oh noooo not THIS ONE. This is the best washer I have ever seen!!!!
