Great Stove! Poor broiler drawer.
Great stove. The burners all work nice and heat quickly. Overall the stove is amazing. The only cons I have with it is the griddle rusted shortly after a few washes but I had purchased separately the middle grate so I swapped out the griddle. The other con is the broiler which my household uses often. It cooks good but the drawer is inconvenient when you open it, it doesn't slide out it just flaps down, and the rack that you cook on is just that a rack no pan for drippings so it falls on the bottom of the stove. I use a broiler pan and take the rack out. The broiler door is in the way of sliding either the rack or the pan out. That's was poor detailing. But the the rest of the stove is great. Also, you wont need a night light in your kitchen the clock is nice and bright.

Terrible Broiler Placement!
The broiler on this range is going to be very hard to use. Unlike any stove I have ever dealt with, the broiler on this range is located in a separate compartment, below the oven. The broiler rack is literally 6" above the floor! I guess the lesson here is to never buy an appliance online without first seeing it in person. The broiler placement was not mentioned, or shown, anywhere in the online description.

We are happy to provide guidance with this range. This range does have a broiler drawer. For better searing it is advised to use the rack position that places food closest to the broil heater. Move food down for more doneness/less searing. Remember to be careful not to touch the inner door when placing and removing food in broil compartment. Your feedback is extremely important to us. This stove is bad quality, the steel greedle has oxide and I never used it, and the flame in the top for the 4 burnes, the flame is too poor and cook slow.

Simple to the point stove
Had this delivered yesterday, no issues setting it up, seemed simple, burners work fine, I like how the knobs are large and stainless steel. Lights right up. And the broiler portion at the bottom is great. Happy with my purchase and the griddle is super cool addition.

Oven Works fine after my Mod
This unit arrived on 1/9/2026, I converted it from NG to Propane. The cooktop is easy to convert, the Oven is more involved, so unless you are Mechanically inclined i suggest , if you Need a Propane unit, Buy a propane unit. It came with needed parts, just not all that easy to install!
Now for the nitty gritty. It is Designed to Fail ! the Heat / Oven Vent in on top of oven/range centered below the Oven Control, so ALL that heat is coming out just in front of the Oven Control that explanes some of reviews stating that the Oven Control quit working, It is litterally getting Baked every time you use the Oven.
I have Modified my Unit and made/installed a diflector shield, to move heat out from Oven control

We recommend to only allow a qualified propane gas installer to convert your range to propane gas. Unauthorized modifications shouldn't be made to the range. I absolutely love my new oven. It cooks beautifully and the temperature is perfect after using a 14 year old oven that didn’t heat up right and didn’t bake very well at all I am in 7 th heaven

Inconsistent/Uneven Baking
I wanted to love this range… I seriously needed a new oven Because my old one was 20 years old and was very inconsistent. My husband bought me this range for Christmas (yep, I requested it… My bad). Never in all my years of baking have I ever burned ANYTHING Until I got this new oven 😭 It was installed and we were left with no “owner’s manual/instructions) or anything like that… So I went straight to google And found a generic guide that says you have to rearrange your racks if you’re making multiple cakes and pies. The cooking times are still inconsistent. Make it make sense.
Can y’all “haul back” my 20 year old stove back to my house? At least I knew what to expect with the old one. Please and thank you.

Make sure the oven is fully preheated and set to the correct temperature, since skipping preheating can affect baking results, especially for items with short cook times. Keep in mind that ovens naturally cycle on and off to maintain heat, so small temperature swings are normal. Using the correct cookware and rack position also matters, dark pans will require lowering the temperature slightly, and proper spacing since they can absorb more heat than regular pans. Excited to use.

Don’t buy it!
Brand new stove, immediately, rust formed on griddle. Nothing ( inc manufacturer’s suggestions) works to remove. Also steam cleaning is ineffective. The OG automatic cleaner that one can run for hours is the way to go.

Broiler on bottom and griddle stained
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The broiler is on the bottom instead of the drawer. You have to get on your hands and knees to use the broiler. The griddle in the middle I used once and the grease permanently stain the griddle. The griddle will NOT come clean. If I could do it over I would not buy this stove.
