My new refrigerator was delivered today. So far it’s working beautifully and I am very pleased.

The model was one of the few in its price range which fit in our spot. It's sleek and modern on the outside. Overall good storage space. I wish the 2 main shelves in the fridge were more flexible. They are straight across the fridge and can only be moved up or down. I would have preferred, if the middle shelf was split so that half could be adjusted.

This is a very nice fridge. I was having a little condensation issue. The tech came out and made an adjustment to the flapper on the left door. Still waiting to see if the problem comes back.

I love my new French door Refrigerator. Love seeing everything on the shelves at a glance. I've had a side by side Refrigerator all my life and I must say this one is great.

The ice maker doesn’t with and has to be replaced. Disappointing over the holidays when ice is used in drinks. Otherwise, seems fine.

I love this refrigerator, it is so bright inside with plenty of room. The freezer at the bottom is a good size for me and husband. It looks so nice in my kitchen. The no finger print makes my life a lot easier.

We liked at all the major brands and found this GE Refrigerator Freezer to be the best fit for us. Also the other appliances in the same style are really practical and pleasing.

Love this!!! We had trouble finding a 30” refrigerator for our small space. It is perfect and has tons of space inside. I honestly wouldn’t even know it’s “smaller” than most.

Living in a condo, we have a very limited space for appliances. In fact, the refrigerator could be no more than 27 and three-quarter inches wide. This one fit perfectly! I cannot get over how much more space it offers inside! It’s deeper than our previous one, an extra shelf, we love the see-through door trays and the deli tray. Even the freezer is way better than our previous one. I’m able to keep everything much more organized.

We have a small area to fit a refrigerator and I wanted something with class and the GE French Door refrigerator delivers this. Although not huge the layout allows so much more in the refrigerator as well as the freezer. If I had any negatives it would be it’s a bit noisy now & then but doesn’t bother us. Highly recommend & love the slate color.

The refrigerator is wide and has plenty of room for all, can move the shelf to your liking, the freezer is also large can accommodate plenty

I am happy with my purchase. I have been looking for a french door for a few months and I was only able to not get anything wider than 33 inches width because of the space. Most refrigerators are 36inch width.

I have a small kitchen and the refrigerator I had was hard for me to see all of my items without getting down low to reach in the back to retrieve items. Consequently I threw away thing that were kept too long. My new GE is perfect. It’s the same size but has a bottom freezer. Perfect for me. I smile every time I open the doors!

This is really a good looking refrigerator. It is a lot quieter than my previous one. The lights are really bright and it’s settings are more advanced. Even though it’s 20 cubic feet and my previous refrigerator was 18. The 18 held more items. I’m guessing because the freezer is larger than the previous so the refrigerator part is smaller. All and all I’m pleased with my purchase.

Bought this fridge and a GE upright freezer a couple years ago. First, the fridge randomly froze set at 36. 2 warranty claims. Now out of warranty, both freezers have thawed out. Currently freezing ok, but the fridge is 60 degrees. It’s colder outside. No more Haier products in my house. I’ll never save in energy what they have cost me in food.

I so much love it, the product quality, the features, the appearance and the beautiful look it’s also brought to my space....thank you for this product!!

I have wanted this fridge for a long time and I am not disappointing! It does everything you want a fridge to do. The lighting is wonderful. I can see everything easily. Ice machine works great. I simply love my new fridge!

Shelf spaces could be better.

Love our GE fridge but we have less freezer space now with the bottom freezer

I purchased this product because it serves my needless and kitchen configuration.

We purchased this fridge with the hesitation of size and style. We loved the price! We purchased it and we just love it! It is deep enough to make up for the width, and so much room in the compartments and side shelves. I highly recomment this frodge if you don't want a huge fridge. The freezer secton is perfect size!

First, the refrigerator looks pretty and it works well. The downside is that if you are a family who has a gallon of milk, a carton of OJ and then a pitcher of juice then the refrigerator can't store that many tall items. The real issue is the shelves are not very flexible on the inside, so you can't fit anything tall on them (not even ketchup, salad dressing, etc.). Our older refrigerator that we emptied out to fill this one held more and cost a fraction of the price. I'd have expected better storage options for a refrigerator in this price range. Another minor annoyance is the casters are not height-adjustable. So you have to crank a foot down, which then makes it much more work to slide the refrigerator out for service. (Again, something that GE should have thought about better for an appliance that is this expensive.) Attached is a picture of when we moved everything over to the new fridge and the pitcher of juice just wouldn't fit.

Beautiful fridge garners a lot of attention, however, while at first glance it looks spacious, in reality you find out quickly that it’s limited inside especially for tall items. We hooked up the ice maker and automatically lost nearly 50% of the freezer capacity. Good luck fitting a large frozen pizza in there... The bottom drawer of the refrigerator (meat drawer) is full width so you have to open both doors in order to access that one. I wish it was split into two half width drawers like the veggie/fruit drawers are. I'm glad we bought it on sale, I'd have a hard time feeling good about it had we paid full price. While I'd recommend it to others, in hindsight with our limited width I would have bought the non-french door, bottom freezer version and removed the ice maker. With all that being said, I believe the French door version along with our dual oven range (sooooooo worth the extra cost) will do wonders for resale.

After reading MANY product reviews of French door refrigerators, this seemed like the best choice. I LOVE it. Very spacious inside, very well-lit, and the French doors are perfect for our tiny kitchen. The finish gives the kitchen a modern look (without the smudges you see on stainless) and I've had no scratches. I don't have the ice maker hooked up. Did I mention I LOVE this fridge?

I bought the fridge for my small sized confo and even though I needed a smaller size, I wanted it to look impressive. I am thrilled with my purchase. I chose the slate because I wanted a modern look but couldn't give up my magnets.

I love the color of slate in this entire suite of appliances. I also am very pleased to have read the review by "anonymous' with a reply from GE re: the sounds. I do not use the ice maker and have had to put up with noises in the middle of the night that I just couldn't believe were 'normal'. Boy was I disappointed in the purchase! After reading that review I noticed my ice maker was in the "ON" position. The moment I turned it to "OFF", the noises stopped. Now I'm very pleased. What a relief! Let's hope no more new noises! The only complaint I still have and recommend GE change is that when they deliver the product, the plastic film should be easy to take off as it is on the dishwasher, microwave, and oven.....it is a HASSLE to get off! The plastic film is actually underneath the rubber that seals the refrigerator doors so I have to slowly pull off the film and as you can see, I'm not very good at it! I don't want to break the rubber seal.
