Only had a week so far, but all seems great! Investigated many freezers, brands, etc. and came to the conclusion, this was best one for my needs for the money. Consumer Reports rated it the very highest in it's category too! After seeing it, my brother bought one also.

We really like this freezer. Taller than expected. I really like the drawers in the bottom. And a drawer in top. The door shelves are secure. I like the alarm and digital reading on outside of door. Very happily with choice.

This is my first upright freezer, I'm used to using the chest style freezers. This one actually replaces one that I had and I don't think I will go back to that type. It has its benefits, such as the cold air stays in when you have a chest freezer. But an upright freezer makes use of space in a much better manner. You don't loose a lot of floor space. Beyond that, this one has done an excellent job keeping my freezer items cold for years. Even in the heat of Texas summer, my garage hits 85F easily, sometimes higher, this freezer does a great job of staying cool. It has a lot of space, and it's easy to find almost anything.

This is an update after five and a half years of owning the GE Garage Ready 21.3 cu.ft. Frost-Free Upright Freezer. It has been in our garage ever since it was delivered back in May of 2017 and has served us flawlessly. Here in Texas we get extreme weather with temperatures dipping as low as 0* and as high as 115* with our garage offering only minimal protection. Yet, the freezer performs consistently well without a hitch. We like the key locking feature which we use when our grand kids come to visit, to limit their access to the ice cream! The only complaint we have, and it is a minor one, is that the door is so tightly sealed that we have to give it a hearty tug to open it. Other than that, zero problems.

I would recommend GE Garage Ready 21.3 cu. ft. Frost-Free Upright Freezer in White. I have been using this Freezer for about two years now and it is the best Freezer I have ever owned. I like the easy to ready temperature gauge, that tells me how cold the freezer is at all times. The sleek upright style makes it easy to fit into most locations. I placed mine in my mud room. As you can see from the photo it holds so much food, I still do not have it filled all the way. Easy to set up and use. It self defrosts, so no ice build up.

High temp alarm keeps going off. Freezer get to -22 freezer will not shut off. Other reviews show it's a well known issue.

I have owned this freezer for over five years. It has served us well keeping our food investments perfectly frozen at 4 degrees. We literally cram fill the freezer and still everything remains evenly frozen without freezer burn. Just wanted to let everyone know how great this freezer works. And we absolutely recommend it to family friends and everyone. You will not be disappointed.

It's HUGE!!! Despite how huge it is it takes little floor space. I love the drawers. Very well designed.

Not sure what "frost Free" means...We are getting way too much frost for something we paid extra for to be "frost Free".

Much more room than expected by seeing photos online. Absolutely love this freezer. Installation was quick and painless. Ended up having to put in garage as it was too large to fit through my doors.

This freezer has plenty of space for everything I need and more! Love all the shelf and door space. It’s runs and operates so quiet, I hardly know know it’s on. And also love the digital temp display in the outside front door to keep me informed at all times, whether it’s Summer or Fall/Winter conditions in my garage. Highly Recommended.

Made for the garage and was actually larger than I expected, which is a great thing!

The handle has a plastic fastener that cracked. One after 1 year and the second at 3 years. I just called and the plastic pieces are not available for purchase but you can buy a whole new handle for a mere $225! So done with GE.

Really love the interior room space. I think this is one of the largest out there of any brand.

We love everything about our freezer! The space, shelves, front view controls and Turbo freeze are exactly what we were looking for.

Very quiet we are very happy we went with the larger size. Glass shelfs so nice being able to see though don't have to move food around just to find what your looking for.

Just purchased this new GE upright freezer. It has tons of storage space. We are so glad we bought it.

I love my new freezer it got here just in time for the cow that was at butchers. I did buy freezer baskets for it to make sure something didn’t fall out and hit me on toe. I have a second freezer that I will put cow in now that I have room in old freezer.

Love my new freezer I now have more room .it runs so quiet.

This Frezzer is huge. Luv the shelves and lighting. Already put 60 lbs of fresh salmon in it.. Two of my friends just ordered same after seeing mine.

We are very pleased with this product. It is very quite. I’m hoping it is cheap on electricity. It holds a lot of food.

This 14 cu-ft model is well laid out. More capacity than you'd think for the size and price.

Love the capacity of this freezer. It can hold a lot. Love that it has an alarm if left open.
