Purchase this microwave to replace another GE microwave that lasted 13 years! It fit perfectly in the cabinet cutout. Gave it 4 stars as I only had the microwave for a month.

I love that this microwave can be installed under the counter or built in!! We’ve updated the kitchen and I just had to have a new SS hood vent to replace the old (GEProfile) microwave. I didn’t want the microwave taking up counter space so this model is perfect!! With no kids living at home the smaller size works out great for us. We haven’t gotten it installed above the wall oven yet therefore I’ll have to add photos at a later time; but it’s going to look amazing 🤩 BTW I have furnished my kitchens with GE and GE Profile appliances for the past 40 years.

Works great for our busy lifestyle. Conveniently hangs under cabinet to save counter space and looks great. This is our second GE with same model last one lasted 7 years in a busy 5 adult household.

Although it’s smaller and less powerful than our prior microwave, it looks good and does its job.

Great product. It was a replacement item for an 800 watt device. It works better than the original microwave installed by the Builder in Jan 2020. Microwave is countertop but cabinet installed.

Doesn’t seem to have the same quality as other GE profile appliances. All my other appliances are the Profile brand including my previous microwave. I changed to move to a smaller unit that is built into the cabinets, having the optional trim kit. I’m disappointed in the quality. It opens very “clunky” and is not stainless steel in the inside, rather a white metal. The door grinds when opening and it lacks the Profile emblem. I honestly thought I either ordered or received a lower option microwave. I’m stuck with it since I designed my new kitchen with it specified in.

Great Microwave. Perfect size. When installing, clear ventilation path on back right helps.

The key pad is extremely hard to read. The numbers and letters are dark like the front of the unit. No contrast

Replaced an old GE microwave with this one and so far it works great. Just like the old one and we hope it lasts equally as long. Only hiccup is the trim kit doesn't fit but we have a solution.

Expensive replacement but looks good in cabinet. Not sure why it so expensive.

This is the only under 12" cabinate microwave that we can find. Of course it works like a charm. But, it is sleek, good looking, easy to clean inside and outside. We love it

This is the third time I have had to replace this model. It is the only unit that fits in our kitchen, so we are forced to keep replacing it with the same model. The microwave works good---until it doesn't. For us, each unit lasted about 2.5 yrs.

Have only been using it 2 weeks so can’t give a true review for quality. It’s just a microwave. Don’t know why it costs more than most. I do like the sleek design. I don’t like the push to open. We bought it to replace our GESpacesaver that lasted 35 years! Hope this one makes it half that.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this exact same microwave. That clearly makes a statement. It’s compact, offers many cooking options, and does all I need. We like owning easy-to-use appliances.

The only microwave we could find anywhere to fit in our cupboard. I was happy to find something that fit as the whole kitchen had been designed mistakenly with a retired model. We didn’t know until it was time to purchase and found it was discontinued. This saved the day. I gave it 3 stars for the price. I have no idea why they have an 800 watt microwave that is this small priced this high.

This is by far the best small countertop microwave. GE is the only one to offer the option to stop the turntable for cooking thins in a longer than the microwave is deep.

The microwave works great but has a significant and in my opinion major design flaw. On my model, the operating controls are not illuminated and as a result are very difficult to see when installed in a cabinet. In order to select the desired operating activity, it almost requires a flashlight to illuminate the control panel.

Just had the new microwave installed. Prior microwave lasted about 10 year. I like the look of the black model vs the stainless steel one.

Works okay for low watt microwave. Size was important to fit under cabinet.

Our new GE microwave works great and the size is exactly what we needed. It is placed on a shelf specifically planned for our new house. We didn’t want one in the lower cabinet or one that was built in so this was the perfect alternative.

It is the perfect size for what I need. Love the stainless steel front. It has a lot of features to choose from. Had a great experience when shopping,

We own a 1984 GE Spacemaker microwave that is built into our kitchen cabinets. After 38 years we decided maybe we should see if we could find another microwave that would fit in the space. I discovered GE still makes a Spacemaker with the same dimensions. It was a bit pricey but it fits and if it lasts as long as the other I'm OK with it. The old one still works but takes 6 min. to reheat a plate of food. There is a learning curve with the new one as it is digital and the old one had two dials and a button. But we are pleased so far. Thank you GE. The only negative was that it took a month to get it. Luckily we were in no hurry.

We had the earlier space saver model for 20 years, the inside paint started peeling so we replaced it with this newer model quieter and heats things quickly.

This new low profile replaced original microwave low profile in dedicated cabinet space. We think old one made it 25 years! Old one worked great but finally gave out. So glad to get basically same microwave again. No need to learn new appliance. Love it!

This is our second one of these! Perfect for a two person household.
