So far so good, I just had this oven installed and I'm very impressed. The oven is SO quiet compared to the 10-year-old Whirlpool it replaced. Even the convection and air fry settings are very quiet. So far the one downside has been the powder coating on the oven and oven racks is so thick that it's hard to change the positions of the racks and it feels like you're going to scratch the oven. So far the best feature has actually been the air fry setting. I'm actually impressed. It works so well. The air fryer mode heats up the oven quickly and it's much quieter than my counter knob air fryer. I went in thinking I would never use it but actually prefer it over my countertop air fryer. I have tried one of these smart cooking settings baking some sweet potatoes, and they came out great. I would definitely recommend the oven. The verdict is still out for the GE Smart HQ app

Got it just installed cooked a great roast beef temperature exact on the dot light application wifi easy to use the screen is nice big and clear and camera awesome the probe works great very early review so let’s hope it stay that way So far so good very happy :)

We just installed our new wall oven. Full disclosure have not used it yet but loving its looks and in process of getting set up to use!

We just completed an entire kitchen remodel with all new appliances. From the beginning I wanted a very sleek design with a flat induction cooktop and a wall oven. Our kitchen layout is such that we did not have enough space to place the wall oven at eye level in a separate cabinet, so we opted for placing it below the cooktop. It still provides that sleek minimalistic look without taking up as much space. I have cooked a wide range of items including pasta, veggies, fish, bread, cupcakes. Everything comes out perfect! The oven heats and maintains a consistent temp all the way through cooking. The temp is also uniform no matter where you place the dish in the oven. I placed two trays of cupcakes in and the front cooked just was evenly as the back with no turning. I have also noticed that my entrees seem to not dry out as much during cooking. The menu is really easy to navigate and connecting to Wi-Fi was simple. There are neat features like notifications that you have left the oven on when you leave the house, though in order for that to work you have to download the app and allow it to always track your location. Which in itself isn’t horrible but soon after setting it up, my iPhone alerted me that the app had pinged my location some crazy number of items in the last 24 hours so I turned off that feature. I love being able to get cooking notifications on my phone. I can set the temp to preheat and walk away to do something else and my phone or Apple Watch will alert me when it’s preheated. When your dish is done cooking, it also alerts you on your phone, however you can’t silence the done alarms from your phone so the oven will continue to chime endlessly until you walk over to the oven and shut it off. So far, I am very happy with my oven.

We have only had our oven installed for one week, but are loving it. The smart features are lovely. I can preheat the oven while running errands and picking the kids up from school, so it is set to go when I arrive home. So excited to try the dehydrate feature. And on top of all the smart perks, it looks beautiful. Perfect pair with my GE profile convection microwave and GE profile induction cooktop. Looking forward to adding the GE profile refrigerator soon. Thanks GE!

Touch screen and Wi-Fi capability worked flawlessly

I've only been using the oven for a week as I've only had counters for that long. The oven as a standalone oven is great. Everything I could have asked for. Some of the connected or smart stuff, still needs work. I get an error most of the times when I try to use the cameras, scan to cook hasn't had a match yet, and sometimes it takes a long time for the app to connect to the appliances (I also have a dishwasher). That said, the Google home connection is great.

Had oven about 2 weeks we love all the things it does , air cooking, baking , has camera, probe cooks and we’ve not used all the things it does, wish we would have bought this model before.

Updating our kitchen, we replaced our wall oven. It seems to heat more evenly, is "smarter" than me with camera and touch controls. Love the easy to clean racks

The install was a breeze, love the look and it has nice features. It doesn’t behave well on. 5G home network, in fact it wouldn’t connect at all. I had to add a 2.4G router to my home network to get the SMARTHQ to work.

Great design love the position of the buttons and really cleans well

This oven has amazing features. On top of the high tech cooking options, it offers a function the sends random food facts to the display screen. It’s fun for me, my wife and daughter to share the facts with each other.

Looks great, love the pullout racks, easy to use controls. Smart appliance features. Cooking options are great, good variety of different types of cooking. Large oven space when needed.

Love the new features, much simpler to operate than the previous oven

I was debating between this and a high-end brand (including the Cafe/Monogram versions). I am glad I chose this model to replace both of our broken dumb ovens. The electronic interface is fantastic, especially the synchronization with the app and the color screens. It is subtle enough to look classy but also very informative yet intuitive. I love the camera view on the app as it isn't always easy to go check on the food from the yard. So far, we love this oven!

After almost 2 years, we do love the oven look and all the options on the wall oven, but be aware it takes a long time to preheat. You need to plan ahead. We did have a motherboard failure early on that was replaced and we’ve had techs out a couple of times because it is so slow to preheat but they say nothing is wrong with it. It’s just how it works because the heating elements are hidden. It is sort of a family joke for us now, we have to give ourselves a good hour before we want to start the bake time, if your baking temp is more than 350. It takes a good 30 minutes to get to 350.

Only used the oven 3 times so far, but it is easy to use. The wireless access and app make for a convenient experience. The baking is consistent throughout the oven. From potatoes to pizza, happy customers!

So far easy to use. Need to get more in depth with learning the confection and air fryer options. But I’m very happy with its looks and functionality.

We have had this oven for sometime and just bought another for our second oven. The biggest complaint is that the rolling rack is very nice but it extends more than an inch below the rack so that it limits what you can put in the oven. The GE part WB48X31582 oven rack is a standard flat rack that fits this oven. The way to get the most space out of this oven is to remove the top rolling rack and replace it with a flat rack. This is the setup for the Left Hand Swing Door Wall Oven PTS700LSNSS.

It’s a decent oven but takes some getting used to. Don’t love how clunky it is to move/adjust shelves. The timer is not very loud which is nice except when I don’t hear it. So far the texts to my phone are the only way I know the timer went off. It’s so quiet which I like but have to adjust to. Can’t tell when it’s on or if I remembered to shut it off. The app doesn’t work all the time. Does not come with instructions and I haven’t had time to go search online. I prefer a paper manual to flip through and make notes where needed. Didn’t love the price but we were very limited in what would fit in place of our builder installed whirlpool under a cooktop. Other option was to cut out the counter to fit a slide in which we didn’t want to do.

Performs well with all the features I wanted. Looks great, especially the large display screen. The only drawback is that there are limits to how the racks can be positioned/spaced apart. Would definitely buy again.

We've had this oven for several months now and it's been great. The temperature appears accurate and even, and the convection seems strong and dispersed. The app integration is *fantastic*, giving complete, precise control from anywhere (with internet), including a live video feed. My one quibble is that the video isn't the clearest, and doesn't give a full view of the entire oven. But, it's infinitely better than no camera! I do wish the oven had a water reservoir for providing moisture while cooking, but this is easy to 'fake' with a tray at the bottom that you squirt water into while cooking. Overall it's a great oven and we highly recommend it.

Love everything about this oven. The roll out oven racks are so much easier than the old pull out racks. The proofing/baking/roasting all work well. Set up screen took a little work, but I wish I had this oven years ago. There is so much more room in this oven as well. I have customer cookie sheets and they fit perfectly.

Pretty happy with this purchase. The no preheat air fry is pretty awesome. The camera is pretty cool as well. I like how the outside of the oven stays cool even when it’s on, as I have young child around. Cooking times are now accurate with this product which is great.
