Love it so far! It’s got just enough features but not too many that I’ll never use.

It's a great microwave, but its missing a feature that I really liked with my prior GE microwave. You could see the light to automatically come on with a timer each evening. This new one doesn't seem to have that function, which I really miss

This microwave is very easy to use. It has great features and looks amazing with our GE ovens and stovetop. It exceeded my expectations and is very efficient!

Do not like the timing knob. It will only go in 15 sec increments. Needs to allow 1 sec intervalls

The switches are very hard to push it should be touch.

Poor quality. Door handle is peeling apart after only 2 years. Entire door needs be replaced. Junk!

The microwave is all some great features well worth the money.

Received our new microwave about a week ago. We purchased the same model that we bought almost 10 years ago. This new updated one is so nice! We liked our old one, but we LOVE the new one! The door is easy to open, the light display is bright and clear, and, although the interior space is the same size, the outer structure takes up a little less space, making it a better fit. Easy to use, and looks great!

Works well, is a little smaller than I anticipated and not as easy to operate as the KitchenAid.

Much better than my old GE microwave which lasted 3 years with 1 repair. This one is very powerful. Maybe a little too powerful. Your food will heat up fast. Love the sync with my stove. When I turn on a burner, the light and fan startup. The clocks are in sync. Pretty nice. As for durability, this GE Profile looks almost the same in build to my old GE. I sure hope this one lasts longer.

stopped working not even two years of use. Everything works except the heat

Microwave blew out yesterday, only 5 years old. It had smoke and then smell for 20 minutes and not turn on. Very disappointed in this unit. It is just myself and didn't use much so to only last 5 years seems very bad. Also never liked the dial - didn't realize the feature when I purchased.

Love it - so many great features but I am not used to a dial to input cook times. Easy enough though it feels a tad flimsy compared to a number pad. Not a difficult install though it did not exactly match the footprint of the older model as promised by GE. Also did not come with a user manual - so I had to download one. It's not rocket science I know, but it's useful just to know how to set the clock! All in all, great product and delivery was spot on by Home Depot.

We bought this GE Profile microwave to replace our previous model of the GE Profile from 2005. It lasted almost 19 years and we were very happy with it. This new model is fine. It is less powerful (though I didn't compare the actual wattage ratings). The previous one would pop popcorn efficiently leaving virtually no unpopped kernels. This one consistently leaves 20-30 unpopped, even when adding extra time to the burning point. There are fewer preprogrammed features and sensors with this model, too. Perhaps it isn't that this one is less, but that our old one was so much more.

Replaced a 10 year old GE Profile Microwave with the new model. Very happy. Nice looking, and, I think it cooks better than the old one. More even heating and re-heating food works great.

We Olive the new microwave. It replaced an older GE which we also love. My only complaint with the new one is the control buttons are not as easy to use.

Plugged it in, didn't work. Had to place a service call. Very disappointing for a GE Profile. Wanted to have it replaced but it was only repaired.

Nice and compact. Like the smart features. Nice to have at eye level.

Smart machine, with its sensor mode. Perfectly reheat a coffee or a plate of leftovers is blindingly easy. Popcorn pops to the last kernel. The oven lamp is bright, and fume fan filters effectively.

Upgraded our 30 year old microwave - this one is perfect. Clean design in stainless steel. Works very well much better than the previous microwave.
