My previous faucet did not pull down smoothly, but this one works flawlessly. It is also very quiet which is a feature I did not know I wanted in a faucet! If I could change one thing I would like the nozzle to reach just a bit further, but even as it is it is quite functional and I am very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did have a professional plumber to install but I believe it could be a DIYer quite easily. The pull down hose is great for cleaning dishes and sink. The faucet has a simple, clean appearance that I think would work in any kitchen.

This is not my first Grohe faucet, and like the other one I have, it is a solid, well made, quality product. It operates very smoothly and the water flow is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been using the faucet for a week now but so far I love it. The design is beautiful and it functions as it should. I find the stream of water that comes out quite pretty and hypnotic, it doesn't have any air bubbles in it and appears very sleek. (It’s the little things that count when you’re stuck doing dishes.) The pressure of the spray is strong. All the motions seem seamless - the on/off, hot/cold transition, single stream/spray button, and the snap back when you pull the spout out. The faucet always retracts into place but sometimes the lip of the faucet gets stuck and I have to maneuver it a bit to fully go back into place (not that big of a deal). I had a plumber install it so I can't speak to the installation but he appeared to have no problem. He said “Ahh, it’s a Grohe. No problem, they’re the best.” I was worried about the chrome showing tons of water spots. It does but it's not horribly noticeable and easily wipes clean.

The dual spray works smoothly and is so useful. It reaches all areas of my double sink, so makes clean up a breeze. It was such an easy install. I really appreciate that there are no under sink screws required. The picture instructions were easy to follow and led to a quick, easy, problem-free installation. I also appreciated that I could do the whole installation by myself. Very helpful if you don't have an extra person around to help with the install.

It’s got a dual function sprayhead which I really like and just a feel of this is so heavy I think that it’s going to really last a long time it’s a great style. It’s also wonderful that it does swivel 360° so you can cover the whole sink with water. Do any type of prep work in the sink that you needed know that you’re gonna be able to use this great faucet

A very nice looking faucet with smooth lines and I like that the faucet head is the same size as the rest of the fixture. The handle pull and extension are very smooth with a nice magnetic and click when it is properly returned and attached to the rest of the the faucet. The button to switch from regular flow to spray is easy and nicely built into the head. The faucet does seem to get stuck partially in spray and full mode at times so the button needs to be jostled again. Overall a minor issue on a nice faucet with easy installation and a nice powerful spray mode.

Solid, high quality Kitchen faucet. I ordered my new Grohe Ladylux L2 kitchen faucet and was looking forward to replacing my old faucet. The old faucet is nice, but the Grohe is a level above. I unpacked my new faucet (see photo) and was very impressed with not only the heft, but also the quality of the finish. I read through the installation manual and I thought this is a normal installation. I then took a look at the counter to make sure it would fit. Then I realized that I need an escutcheon plate (oval plate) to cover the existing holes in the counter. I looked through the entire package and found it doesn't come with one. Bummer! I took a look at the instructions and there is no mention of the plate. So, if I install this faucet, I'll have two holes next to the body of the faucet. Unfortunately, the faucet at my condo also needs a escutcheon plate as well. Ditto for my second house! So, I'm going to save this faucet for the next kitchen upgrade I do. My second house is going to get a kitchen remodel soon and I'll have the stone guy put only one hole for the faucet (one for the water dispenser and one for the soap dispenser, but they'll be on the far edges of the granite). My impression: This is a super nice faucet. The finish is super smooth and mirror like. The plating is flawless and has a deep shine. There is a lot of weight to the base and upper tube. The upper tube is solid metal with a plastic insert where the pull down attaches. I've used Grohe in the past and I am very impressed with the quality of their products. This kitchen faucet doesn't disappoint ... except for the missing plate! Five stars for a high quality kitchen faucet!

The Ladylux faucet is made by Grohe. I have several Grohe products and they are all of excellent quality. This faucet is sized for a bar or prep sink, as it doesn't extend as far into the sink as a regular kitchen faucet. The sleek, modern design and supersteel infinity finish matches my appliances beautifully. The faucet works flawlessly. The pull down spray head is a great feature. The faucet stays clean; occasionally I wipe a few water drop stains. If you're looking for a high-end, modern bar faucet, I highly recommend this one.

The Grohe Ladylux L2 Single Handle Pull-out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet for Bar Sinks in Starlight Chrome is a high-end kitchen faucet made for bar sinks, but also usable for regular sinks as well. The chrome finish is sharp, and the sprayer option is very nice. It's a very heavy faucet and seems very well made and durable, in addition to looking very sharp.

Another excellent product from Grohe and perfect for our bar nook! This faucet is smaller from what one is used to from the kitchen faucets, yet it is produced with the same outstanding attention to detail one got used to from anything Grohe! The weight is substantial, the finish is superb, the instructions are easy to follow even for the do it yourselfer! I cannot say enough good things about this selection!

This faucet is outstanding! Not only is of great quality but it's really easy to install. We replaced our old existing faucet with this one but I imagine it would be just as easy to install a new one. The only really gripe I have is that the instructions were a little bit wonky. There's no worded directions just pictures which would be fine but for the fact that there are multiple washers. No big deal, right? Wrong. They're of various sizes, shapes, and materials so as a DIY'er that was a bit of a challenge. But once we figured that out it was a breeze. Long cord to reach even the largest of sinks. This will come in handy for cleaning the sink and reaching all angles to rinse. The faucet has better pressure than my shower! I made a video but don't know how to upload it so I'll tack on some photos. Great faucet Grohe!

The Grohe Ladylux L2 Single-Handle Pull-Out Sprayer Kitchen Faucet for Bar Sinks really is a beautiful faucet. We've had such a hard time finding a faucet for our bar sink, the sink is quite small. If you use a regular kitchen faucet the water would overshoot the sink, and if you use a bathroom sink faucet it's too small and you can't get glasses underneath it. Really, it's about the size of a kitchen faucet but with a tighter bend to the neck. The finish is listed as SuperSteel Infinity Finish, but for the life of me I couldn't find a perfect match. This is important because it does not come with a deck plate to cover extra holes in the sink if you need it. This finish is really a mix of brushed nickel and stainless steel. The deck plate you see in the photos I purchased separately and it's brushed nickel finish, and it's pretty hard to tell the difference (at least to me). The pull-out handle is fantastic, the water pressure isn't too high so you don't get a lot of splash from either the standard stream or the rain head. The water lines are super easy to hook up and the assembly to tighten the faucet to the bottom of the sink is really simple and easy to tighten. The only real complaint that I could find was that the instructions weren't the greatest. It took me a bit to figure out that some of the pieces were already assembled and I had to take them apart and reassemble them according to the steps in the instructions. Altogether though, I love this faucet and would definitely purchase it again if I had another bar sink.

I really like this faucet. It was relatively easy to install. It has a very stylish look and finish. I particularly like the operating handle and functions. It fit perfectly on the composite sink and as you will see in the photos is appropriate for this type of sink. If there is a draw back to this product, it would be the installation instructions. the instructions are vague at best. Steps are not defined and I prefer to have written instructions as well as pictures. A parts list was not included and some of the washers were at best a guess to install. other than that, the faucet works flawlessly.

When I first opened the box and saw the GROHE kitchen faucet, I was impressed. I could tell simply by looking at the product that it was a good quality product made with a nice finish. It has a stylish and sleek modern design that could fit in many kitchens. The handle is a bit of a unique design as just a small part of the handle itself moves rather than the entire piece. You can see this in the attached picture. The reason for rating this faucet so low is due to issues with install. While the product comes with sequential image explanations, the install itself didn't prove as easy as initially thought. After removing the packaging off the unit, I pulled the hose through the body of the faucet and then through the crook. The piece that you screw on to the sprayer head would not feed through the crook and continually got stuck in the middle. I tried replacing the packaging back on to the hose (thinking maybe I missed something in the directions), but the same piece still continued to get stuck. After several tries (and over 30 minutes), the piece became completely stuck and will not come out. With a house built in the 1940's, we are constantly completing DIY projects, so I thought this install would be a breeze, especially as I've installed several other faucets in our room. This didn't prove to be the case. If the install was as great as the overall quality and look, I would be much more impressed.

I will say I was very impressed with the quality of this faucet! GROHE has exceeded what I've seen in faucets we've used in the past. This faucet is being used to replace a faucet on our Garden Tub. YES we have a Kitchen faucet with pull out on our TUB works great We installed it several years ago. It was economical for our budget at the time but is past time to replace. All the pieces were included with the Grohe faucet. Also included were easy to follow instructions ! You will need " Plumbers putty" and tape which can be found in HD plumbing department. A pair of good pliers and adjustable wrench. We also chose to replace the water supply with 2 / 20" flexible lines purchased at HD also. It has a water restrictor which is required in most states if you're on public water. We are on private well so removing a washer fixed the water flow being slower than we like it. Faucet is all metal chrome color. It's modern and looks gorgeous. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase.

This single handled faucet with a pull out sprayer by Grohe is really well built with quality materials. I have not installed it as of yet as I need to buy a one hole sink. This faucet does not come with a hole plate cover as most other faucets that I have bought did. That is one thing that I would like to have seen with this faucet. The finish is nice and has a very modern look to it.

This is an amazing faucet. Before this I've had some good and decent faucets and honestly wondered what could be so great about this one. Well the on and off is so smooth and precise. I can always get exactly as much water as I want and the right temperature with out hardly even trying so the valves on this are amazing and buttery smooth. Also the way the water comes out. The stream looks perfect and doesn't change or have bubbles in it like other faucets. I also really like the way it switches from stream to spray the button is very nice and works easily. I know some people complain about it going back to stream once you turn the water off but I really like it because stream is what I use 90% of the time. I also like that it has the red and blue markings it seems like a lot of faucets now don't have them and you get to just figure it out. One complaint I do have with it are the installation instructions. The installation is pretty easy and straight forward but you need to put two o-ring/gaskets on the bottom then screw it up on. I put the rubber one on bottom and the plastic one on top and every time I tried to tighten the bit nut it just kept slipping until I pulled it off and reversed them and put the plastic on bottom and the rubber on top. After that it went on great. I feel like for this price the instructions could be in color or even just a little better to show which ring/washer goes where. Other than that the installation was easy and straight forward. If you have a 3 hole sink like I do those metal plugs are not included but Home Depot carries them in store and so I picked up the ones that matched my faucet and think they look great. I defiantly recommend this faucet i do wish the instructions were a little better though.

Gorgeous style and look. Totally kitchen functional too. The water stream is so quiet you hardly know its on. The water stream is tight too, not spraying in random directions allowing you to clean without spraying water everywhere. The handle is marked so you know what direction to turn (hot to cold). Handle lever is also long enough to allow you to turn on and off plus change pressure with your arm or hand so you don't have to worry about moving germs to handle when you have been chopping meats, etc. You can go from steady stream to spray with a touch of a button. The size of the spray and stream are the same. The spray head can be easily maintained, it has filters you can replace which is nice if you live in an area like me with hard water. Although the instructions are very detailed, a little difficult to install for a DIY project unless you've got experience at these things. You need to pay attention to how washers are placed upside or downside to ensure a tight fit so faucet doesn't wiggle around figured it out and everything working.

Very nice looking faucet. Overall the quality seems very high. Everything operates smoothly and the faucet seems very sturdy. The only thing I’m not a fan of is that the spray handle is plastic and very lightweight. It doesn’t feel sturdy in your hand and just makes the faucet feel a little cheaper. I love that it has the blue and red markings on it for a reminder for those who haven’t used the faucet in our house and I also love the handle shape and how smooth it is to turn on.

Very simple brushed nickel finish design good for many style kitchens. Easy to clean design with sprayer on faucet head that can be pulled out and used as stream or shower.many steps to assembly and instructions do not have written steps only diagrams which are sparsely labelled do assembly is more challenging. But a good solid faucet to match your design.

GROHE standard of high quality materials, workmanship, and an overall very attractive faucet. I installed it on my kitchen sink and it functions perfectly. The package contained a replacement gasket with instructions for installation and advised to discard the original O-ring - no problem. The instructions are primarily pictures and don't have a written narrative. I had some confusion with the locking collar and the order of the gaskets but finally got it correct - see the picture. I don't like the positioning of the handle - cold water is at 90 degrees from vertical toward the front but the hot water is about 30 degrees from vertical toward the back. I assume this was done for clearance purposes to the back-splash (I think it is just a matter of getting used to it). Overall, this is a great looking faucet which appears to have adequate water flow and spray pattern.

Picked this up for the bar sink in the man-cave above the garage. Without even looking at it you can feel the quality just holding this faucet in your hands. And its got some real heft to it as well. Operation of the single lever valve is solid and smooth as silk. When you do actually look at the product you see that it is finished impeccably. The stainless steel finish is beautiful. Super simple installation and plenty of weight in the counterweight to keep the integrated spray head in place. The spray head is something you do not see on a lot of barsink faucets. Simply beautiful. Elegant enough for the wife yet simple enough for the man cave. You cannot go wrong with this faucet or any Grohe products - they are just superb.

Received this faucet with the hopes of replacing a bar sink faucet that had cold water only. What’s important replacing a faucet is to make sure that the finish matches the sink or at least the color combination is aesthetically pleasing. I also wanted to make sure that the bar faucet matched the main sink faucet as well. Insulation is a breeze especially with the new quick connect that holds the faucet in place in the sink countertop. You can’t go wrong with Grohe.

The faucet was missing several pieces.

According to my contractor, this faucet is attached with plastic and it can’t be properly tightened into place. That’s sad, because I really liked the style of the faucet. Because it won’t work properly I will be returning it.
