This faucet is HORRIBLE. I can never get the spray functions to work. Please bring back the Lady Lux. It was a great kitchen faucet

After having a Lady Lux for 22 years without problems it began leaking and time to replace. I should have read these reviews before spending $645.00. Yesterday it took 3.5 hours for a licensed plumber to install, and it’s still retracting into the faucet after using the hand held sprayer. The spray head connection into the faucet is a cheese ball design. No cook would tolerate. Move the spray head from one sink to another and water comes on when you don’t need it. This water waste can not be tolerated. Giving instructions to all users of the faucet doesn’t make it a friendly kitchen appliance . I’ll be returning this cheesy expensive faucet - I’ll let you know how that goes with Grohe’s return policy.

Grohe- without publishing a user/operation manual, the consumer has no way to know how to fully take advantage of the product. The installer has no way of knowing if it's been installed correctly. The consumer has no way to verify it's been installed correctly. And the installer certainly has no way of training the consumer on it's operation, and no way to ensure the consumer is satisfied, because they don't know what to expect.

Poor Quality low tolerances head tube is loose from the factory it wobbles at the joint I will not purchase or recommend Grohe again the quality has gone down

Great faucet, control unit is the only issue, the control unit cover is not well designed, the wiring does not fit the control unit slots or channels well at all. If you snug down the cover to much the LED light stays on all the Teem because the wires do not fit properly in the designed channels

Installation is tricky. There are no instructions attached. There is a small rider drawing attached. Please read all drawings before starting install. Takes a couple hours.

This product is not an easy install. It is like a jigsaw puzzle and very time consuming In a very difficult place.

Great faucet. There is a rubber cover overvthe spray control - this had worn out exposing the mechanism - a replacement part is not available at the store.

Very disappointed with this faucet. When you use the touch feature it is difficult to turn off. Many times, when I use the main off/on handle to turn off, the faucet turns right back on, and then I cannot get the water to shut off. The latest issue that happened the top of the faucet connection came loose and water ran down the hose and flooded the cabinet below. The connection only allows to hand tighten, and if you extend out the hose, it loosens the connection. Now, I have to hand tighten after each use. We recently remodeled and choose this faucet, but would NOT purchase from this manufacturer again due to this faucet debacle.

Product was defective and cost me 160.00 in installation fees only to have to go buy another and incur another installation fee.

Great product... instructions to install not user friendly

Very disappointed with so many things about this except it's beauty. You can't turn the touch feature off so it's near impossible to clean. I use the handle and turn it on & off and when I shut it off, the touch feature turns it back on! There is no manual - just pictures on how to use it and try to set it the way you want. We are so very unhappy with this.

Wish I would've gone with a different and less expensive brand. The SuperSteel Infinity finish is hard to keep clean of fingerprints. The water flow is low and lackluster. Should've gone with the Delta.

not the easiest install but well worth the effort best of all worlds with simultaneous touch and valve control with auto temp set for touch the kids love it.

I am a complete Grohe fan. I had such high expectations for this product. Hired a licensed plumber to install....took 2.5 hours. last Friday. My experience using the product rivals that of Fantasia....the faucet will turn on if you simply brush against the base. That's not supposed to happen. If you use the lever to turn the faucet on , it may not turn off....you might have to move the lever back and forth as well as rotate it forward and back several times to get it to turn off. It can take up to 2 minutes to get it to turn off. If you use the touch activation feature, the same problem (can't get it to turn off) can occur. I have been across the room and the faucet activated the water flow with no one in any reach of it. I am so frustrated at what should have been a magnificent product. Did I simply get a lemon?

I had this installed on 2/24/20. The water sensor feature is fine when I use it. However, when I manually use the lever to turn it on, then push the lever to the off position, half the time the water sensor comes on and the water will continue to run. I have to move the on/off lever back to right and then back to off position. It's so frustrating that I can't turn the faucet off! I'm so disappointed with this expensive faucet.
