I did not get the right toilet. But the toilet I got works. It's just not what I bought.

Its not even a year and the parts are braking up. Also the pump inside is also not working. Cannot attach two pic’s.

I ordered a 3 pack of these. The price can't really be beat. You'll notice reviews sway from 1 to 5 stars. Well, both can be true because oddly there are two toilets under this part number. I assumed it was updated packaging; but nope, two different products. What appears to be the updated model, or Pro Series, is great. Only issue is a sticker that is too adhesive. The older model, not so much. Everything is inferior, especially how the tank sits. I expect a 3 pack to be 3 of the same.

I read the mixed reviews, took a chance brought it installed. It works perfectly perfect upgrade. If you were on the fence about purchasing this toilet don’t be one of the best buys this year. Going to go back and get four more for my other bathrooms.

I purchased 1 of these 5 years ago, we bought a new house this year that still had the builder quality low height toilets. I’ve now purchased 3 of these in the past 6 months, 2 of them were identical to the one I had purchased years ago and 1 of them are what I’m guessing is a newer version. The top cover is slightly different as is the orientation of the flush buttons. Time will tell if there’s any actual difference in longevity of the flush mechanism but I love the price and love the look

We haven’t even had this toilet for very long (maybe 6 months) and it already looks like a piece of junk. The flush buttons are turning green and peeing. They feel somewhat sticky to the touch. I dread having to touch them to flush. From what I can tell, there aren’t any replacements, so what are we supposed to do? Live with it for YEARS? Replace the entire toilet again? Also, it flushes #2’s terribly. The Kohler toilet in our other bathroom is far superior. I’d never purchase this brand again.

I teally like this toilette. It uses little water, but flushes from top to clean well. Happy with results and will buy another.

It sits high with great flushing pressure, I want to change all the bathrooms out.

I had read they are tall toikets but theh are average to me. They save water but have enough strength for a powerful flush and havent had to use a plunger. East to install. I love pressing a button vs traditional flush

I really like that this toilet is high up and I love the 2 buttons as flushers!! I don't see much of a difference between the buttons. When is for if the toilet is really really filled and you need more pressure and the other is just for light Flushes But I honestly don't see a difference. Regardless it's a great toilet.

Super Easy to install (I'm a middle aged woman) by myself. The tank is a 2 screw watertight seal. This replaced a special order toilet that I over-tightened (and hence cracked the bowl) from a competitor. This was 100% easier to install as you don't really have to worry about leveling the tank like the other model I replaced.

This toilet was an excellent find. The bowl is very round and suits my family well. The water saving flush button is great, saving half a gallon per flush.

The first problem with this toilet is that it doesn't flush completely. It leaves a portion of the front of the bowl unrinsed. This leaves the toilet looking dirty a lot of the time, not to mention smells. The second problem with this toilet is that it's just too high. I know it is supposed to be ADA Compliant, but a shorter person will have difficulty sitting on this toilet. I am 5 foot 6 inches and my heels cannot reach the floor while I'm sitting on it. This makes it very uncomfortable. I don't know how children could get on this toilet without a step stool. Although the toilet looks nice, it does not function well, and it is not comfortable to sit on. I will not be purchasing another, and if I could, I would return this one. There needs to be a way you can at least sit on a model of a toilet before you buy it. But in this case, because of the poor flushing, it would still not have fixed my issues with this toilet.

This toilet has amazed me! From the water saving flush to the I dare you to put up a fight! "number 2 flusher". As Constanza would say, "It has the best flush in the city"! We replaced another name brand toilet that was a two flusher after Taco Tuesday. You can still see the plunger in the corner, we don't quite know where to put it. We are getting one for the up stairs full bath! That one has issues also. Plus, with the number one flush it takes no time for the tank to fil. So those trips during in the night won't wake the house. It also doesn't take long for the number two flush to fill the tank either, so if you have to leave the door open to let "it breath" while the family is still asleep you won't wake anyone up who might have to then go, leaving them open to a nighttime surprise..... Gonna miss getting my wife!
